Excellent customer service when ordering! Thanks very much to Matt who was knowledgable and friendly over the phone, a 'natural' people person. I felt valued as a customer and that I'd been treated like a 3D human rather than an anonymous person with a credit card. A pleasure to do business with this company so far. Can't wait to receive our Eskuta and get riding!

Purchase of an SX250D Eskuta
My son is a just eat delivery driver and wanted to get an ebike. He followed the link for Eskuta through his just eat app and it was shown at a reduced price. When we phoned and spoke to Sara, she explained that this was actually a reduced price for a business purchase, not a personal one but because of the confusion, she would take £100 off the normal price! We also wanted to purchase the Eskuta using the splitit option that was available (monthly payments). We had a few teething problems at first setting this up but it was rectified very quickly by Sara and then it went through straight away. We received the Eskuta yesterday, so it only took just over three weeks for it to arrive. We had to chase up the information for the tracker and the user manual as it didn't come with the bike, but again, Sara sorted this out for us within fifteen minutes! My son is very happy with the Eskuta as it will make a big difference with his deliveries. I would also like to thank Sara for all her help and very quick responses dealing with any issues we had. I would definitely recommend this company to people.

New to me but wow, amazing
I have owned an eskuta for one and half days, it is absolutely amazing. Comfortable to sit on and easy to operate. I am really looking forward to going to the college where I teach as it is uphill and my knee was hurting cycling a conventional bike.
So far I've been a good couple of miles and the battery is still full. I have had wonderful comments from passers by remarking how beautiful it is and I must agree.
Excellent customer service too!

Second-to-None Service
I contacted Eskuta while looking for an electric moped for my son. We wanted something safe, reliable and sustainable for him to commute to college and football training. The help and advice received from Sara and the Customer Service team has been fantastic - nothing is too much trouble and I feel like we have become part of the Eskuta family.
***An update *** - I contacted Eskuta today to chase up a delivery date as my son will be celebrating his 16th birthday on Thursday and I had hoped the bike would be here in time. The whole team - Sales, Logistics, Customer Services - have pulled out all the stops and his bike is being delivered on Wednesday, in time for the big day. HOW ABOUT THAT FOR SERVICE?!
If you are considering buying from this company, please do it - they will look after you and their products are brilliant. You won't regret it!

Warranty issue solved quicky and efficiently
This is the second experience I have had contacting Eskuta after buying my SR-1200. The first was to ask whether I could swap my front light bulb for an LED one. Totally unexpectedly, they confirmed I could and sent one to me completely free of charge. Then last week I contacted them about a problem with the bike cutting out while going up inclines. I filled out a form and an engineer rang me back within the 48 hours specified. He diagnosed a faulty switch and sent one out to me the next day. Great service.

SX250 - Purchased this bike for my 75Yr old mother to enable her to get out and about while she is still fit enough to do so. Had a few issues which have now been resolved with the help of Michael and Sara at Eskuta

Great bike
I received my bike and looks great. Mike who delivered the bike was fantastic and talked me through it all. I ordered my bike with Sam and the was great customer service. I had all my questions answered and was kept up to date by email and phone calls on when the bike would be delivered. Only thing I would say is that it would be nice if you was told when ordering the bike that you could take out yearly maintenance on bike when you order bike . I was was not aware of this. But is a fantastic bike and great customer service

The bike is fantastic but..
The bike itself is great but i was not told much about how long it would take, at first i was told 4 to 6 weeks but nearly 2 months waiting for the bike, had to contact you about everything from the transactions to even getting the receipt, but overall fantastic bike, one of my favourites to use around London, perfect to save money on transportation every year, think more people should get eskuta as a bike to save them money and cut costs on petrol and fuel. I have yet to find any issues with the bike but i would like more information when getting the bike about why the key isn't the thing that turns the bike on but rather its with the remote, plus include more information for future clients as some might not know what to do.
