I was unable to register my car for more than a year which I have done the last several times I renewed my registration. I don't drive much any more, less than 3000 miles annually, so reverting back to an annual purchase that is almost as expensive as my previous 2 year fee is not an improvement in service or expense. I will not be using this app again.

The experience was great from a technology standpoint. The processing fee added on was unexpected. On the letter you recieve from the state should tell you a fee is added to your costs.

If i could give a 0, I would. This company just defrauded my elderly father using deceptive marketing practices. They scammed him into beleiving he was paying a 2 year registration then sent him a 1 year tag and an invoice for fees equaling the second year. He thought he was dealing with the DMV based on the information shown on the website. It is disgusting that a company would try to profit from scamming the elderly. Now I will have to spend my week on the phone with the bank, merchant account, AGs office and elder affairs filing complaints and criminal charges.

This was very easy to use, and very quick BUT,
I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE TOTAL COST!!!
I thought it was for TWO yrs. at $36.10 a year. They charged me for ONE Year, at $36.10 for my TAX, AND $37.65 in SERVICE AND FEE'S FOR THEIR COMPANY!
WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!

Very good experience from beginning to end. You just have to be patient and follow all steps and directions that are given. Great service, thank you to all involved!

I paid my registration before the due date and have email documentation proving it. Despite promptly providing every document eTags requested, my registration was delayed for weeks because they repeatedly failed to communicate the actual documentation they needed. Only after multiple emails and unnecessary expenses was I told they required a previous registration card, renewal notice, or DMV REG 14 form—none of which had ever been requested. I have the complete email trail documenting this. Because of eTags' poor communication, I incurred additional costs and wasted significant time trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled correctly from the beginning. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

This service was fantastic our father in heaven guide me here, I traveled overseas and the original title was damaged, I placed the order on a Wednesday and the title was ordered and shipped the next day, the service was excellent, it was extremely fast, the customer service was excellent, the communication was excellent, I have done reviews for google in the past and I normally don’t do many reviews but this one is granted I saw so many mixed reviews good and bad which got me on the fence but while abroad this was my only option beside doing power of attorney and other things which would have been much more I would say this service should be used as an emergency or convenience a title would cost in Florida is 85$ if you want it the same day Etags fees were 265$ more than triple but it can save you much more than that if you are traveling in another state far away the service for me was worth the money blessings!!

While I am not happy about the cost of a one year tag. ( In Delaware I received 2 yrs for what Md. charges me for 1 year) the process is extremely efficient.
