This company is a scam and I don't believe the reviews written here about etags. First of all they make the website to look exactly like the DMV so you think you're at the dmv. This is so dishonest and fraudulent. Secondly I paid incredible fee for them to register my car. My car was never registered and my car was towed as a result. This cost me $700 to get my car back. When I called them to fix this they refuse to fix it. They refuse to take any kind of responsibility. The people were rude and terrible. Again I don't believe these reviews and I would never ever ever recommend anybody using this service. They screw you and steal your money

Don't do it
Don't do it! I submitted all of my documents but apparently they lost the title. I made several email requests to sort out the problem but they stopped responding, canceled my request, then when I asked for a refund they told me that their fees were non refundable! So I am out 149.95!

This site is a scam
This site is a scam. I was going online to get a copy of my pink slip. I ended up on their website, which mimics the DMV website to try to get you to pay $171 to get a copy online.
There is no value add here. They are trying to make it look like they are the DMV, The services they offer are free through the DMV.

While eTags can ship to whatever US address you request, the address shown on your registration can only be updated via one of the following:
1) A local DMV office
2) Your County Tax Collector
3) The State's FLHSMV system
If you would like to process that change of address online via the 3rd option above, please visit:
