Easy setup, solid performance, reasonably priced!
Incredibly easy to set up, solid performance and really reasonable pricing!
There were a few hiccups over the first week but the customer service was impeccable and everything got sorted out quickly and efficiently.

network down again
I’m writing this new review because the last one passed the deadline. Aaron S is completely retard. He just says to open a ticket on the EUGameHost website then why have a Discord server at all? Discord is more convenient for me, so that’s where I prefer to communicate.
Even if I open a ticket on the site, nothing gets done. They just ignore messages and never fix their network issues. As I write this review, my site is down. i cant upload proof image trustpilot not allowing me
EUGameHost won’t admit that their network is down they’ll probably just say the incident isn’t real. I honestly don’t care anymore. My advice: avoid these guys.
TBH, the downtime happened about five times this month. Three of those were really long like 5 to 6 hours each. I don’t even know how many total times the site gone down since I don’t check it frequently. If I have time, I’ll write a script to ping my site regularly so we can see exactly how many times this trash hosting provider goes down each day.
I will update the downtime duration for my site. Since I checked at 6:00 AM, the site has been down. I know it was already down before that. The current time is 6:48 AM, so it has been 48 minutes with no fix yet. I have reported the issue.

7:25 AM - fixed
1 hour and 25 minutes downtime

I rent a dedicated server from the company and have no complaints, they have fast repsonses, and support their clients with any issues one on one. They jump on issues and have fast response times. Can't fault. Good value for money.

Amazing Support + Quality
We just switched over to EUGameHost for are dedicated server and its been nothing but the best, we had a small few issues when we was getting stuff setup however the team they have is amazing they solved are issues in under 10mins and the reply to are issue was almost instant.
If you are looking to get your self a dedicated server I would suggest getting yourself moved over as they are nothing but the best and extremally accommodating to anything you need.

Its not a best host in the world but it has very quality technical support which can fix every problem. There is a small problems in their host but the staff is there always to fix it for you.

Very disappointing support and experience
I tried hosting a small Minecraft server with EUGameHost, and at first everything looked fine, the panel was clean, setup was easy, and performance seemed good.
However, after a restart the server suddenly became unjoinable. It showed as “running” in the panel, but no one could connect. I spent several days trying to troubleshoot it myself, including doing full reinstalls (even a clean vanilla setup), but the issue persisted.
Support kept insisting it was a configuration issue on my end, even after I proved it wasn’t. When I politely asked for a refund, they eventually issued one, but the reply came across as dismissive and unprofessional, with a sarcastic tone suggesting it was somehow still my fault.
It’s a shame, because the service had potential, but the lack of proper troubleshooting and attitude from support really killed the experience.
If you’re looking for reliable hosting with helpful support, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your thoughts and I genuinely appreciate you recognising the positives you mentioned. Hearing that “the panel was clean, setup was easy, and performance seemed good” really means a lot, because those are exactly the core things we focus on delivering, all while being one of the lowest cost truly independent UK providers.
I’m really sorry to hear you felt disappointed with your experience, that’s never what we want for anyone using EUGameHost.
We did issue a full refund straight away as you weren’t happy, and we even left £20 credit on your account so you could return at no cost if you ever wished to give us another try.
My response wasn’t meant to be sarcastic, just direct and honest, which we always feel is the best way of providing effective support.
From memory, the issue was related to Geyser configuration and the need for a secondary port allocation, which can cause connection errors like the one you described as you were trying to do it all over one port.
Normally, we go above and beyond to help with setup (even when it’s technically outside standard hosting support), but at that time we were dealing with a temporary backlog following some network changes Cosmic Guard side. Those issues are now fully resolved.
We genuinely appreciate your feedback, it helps us improve and we wish you all the best with your future projects. Once again I'm sorry we upset you, it was not our intent and i do apologise.

I use this for my SCP:SL Game server and they are really helpful with any questions as well as there service is up mostly 24/7.
Only time it is down is Cosmic's fault, or if they are doing major updates.

DO NOT Waste Your Money!
When the amount is paid and the server is not active and you wait 3-4 hours for activation, it is not really normal, the team consists of 3 people or a maximum of 4. Accordingly, the service is not appropriate. Do not contact this company.
When you pay for a service, of course you are asking for service. This is a completely irresponsible company. I don't see what positives there are to find in this company, but I was lucky that I didn't buy an expensive package or pay for 1 year of service in advance.

Just to clarify for anyone reading — you purchased one of our £3 Team Fortress 2 servers at 08:52. By 11:59, less than three hours later, you had already requested and received a full refund.
So the claim that you “waited 3–4 hours for activation” or “wasted money” simply isn’t accurate — you were never out of pocket, and you weren’t even a client long enough for us to properly assist. If you had given us the chance, we could have resolved the deployment issue quickly. It's an old game, the install had bugged.
We pride ourselves on fast support and fair treatment of all clients, which is why you were refunded immediately upon request. I am unsure why you are so outraged and upset.
