Euroseal provided me with a new door, which they fitted to a high standard removing the existing frame which had become rotten. They did an excellent job.

Installed new gutters
Installed new gutters, they were a week late turning up to do the work, but I imagine it's is hard to install gutters in the rain. So understand about. And over charged for the work but again one call to office go that fixed as well

Windows and doors installed by Euroseal.
I had Euroseal replace all of my doors and windows and I am really happy with the installation. Everything went perfectly from the moment the installers arrived to the time they'd finished and they left my property clean and tidy.
The installers arrived on time, worked virtually nonstop both days and were friendly and polite.
I would highly recommend Euroseal for the high quality of their products, especially my new front door which is fabulous and their friendly customer service who were happy to assist with my questions and enquiries.

I had the patio doors replaced with a window, and it looks fantastic. The staff were punctual, friendly and efficient. There was no mess left at all.

We request from every review for the customer to provide there details to Trustpilot to guarantee that its genuine, as many reviews can be fake, it is completely confidential and the details only go to Trustpilot and a director of Euroseal, like many companies we do receive fake reviews so when any review doesn't respond to Trustpilot we deem that review Fake, as our policy is that if that, if they have the time to leave a review then surely they can respond with there details, and we need there details as we cant just find out who it is off a name, we fit thousands of customers every year so its all in the details. When a customer does respond we will deal with it quickly and if we have made a mistake, we will hold our hands up and apologise and rectify the issue.
As Scooby sorry Stooby hasn't responded the we class this review as fake.

Company just harass you
Company just harass you, told them no and to take my number off the system. They now decide to ring on a no called ID as I blocked the initial number. How hard is it to understand "remove my number of the system".

Apologies you have unwanted calls from Euroseal, we run a very stringent system, that once someone requests there number to be blocked it is done immediately as we conform to all the rules and regulations set by the ICO, so I'm shocked that you still receive calls, TrustPilot will now request that you send them your details so they can verify this is a genuine review, as we do receive fake 1 star reviews from other window companies, as you can see from the 1 star reviews we get( all apparently regarding phone call harassment)that most of them are fake, as they never respond to the requested information, can you please send this information, so we can confirm its genuine.
The details you send to Trustpilot are only viewed by them and myself, so your information is kept confidential.

Good product and great installation but …
I will provide two reviews - one very positive and one negative.
Firstly the product and installation. The Euroseal windows and patio doors we have had installed are very good. The two installation teams we have had were exceptional- Kevin Kelsey stands out as one of the best in my experience.
Secondly the back office and sales teams. Overall they let down any recommendations I might have for Euroseal. I found the lack of communication from the office frustrating and had to ring the day before installation to get confirmation. The sales force are extremely pushy and apply pressure. So much so that I doubt I will use them again - a great pity since they have a good product and very skilled installation teams.

Thank you for your review, it is much appreciated and we're happy that you love our product and installation, I'm sorry that our office team have let you down that is very regrettable and will get rectified immediately, firstly every customer should receive a email from us confirming the installation date and time, could you let me know if you received this, and secondly I will look into who came to see you for your order, could you please provide your details as without this I can not look into this further, and we do look at every review, as these reviews do constantly help the company move forward, these reviews push us a company to do better. Please do consider us for anymore work, yes the office team have let you and me down which I guarantee I will retrain and make sure this lack of communication doesn't repeat, but it is the product that best describes us, as you can see how great it is when its fitted, and If you contact me in the future I will endeavour to get the best price possible.

Keep harassing me
01.07.2026: They have contacted me again harassing me. This time I got the guy who was coming to visit me - he was called Andrew. I shall be contacting the office in Stoke on Trent regarding this. I am not letting this go. Hounding me like mad to update the quote they have for me. I will update further once I have spoken to them today
Keep harassing me. I've told them NO. I have asked for there address to DSAR them to see how they have obtained my details. I have been advised that this was shared by a third party - which breeches the GPDR. Then they hung up on me. If this is the same company they have been fined by the ICO for their hard cold calling sales tactics. Has someone got their address for me to do this. No a happy person

As Deborah, never responded to Trustpilots request for more information, to make sure this review is genuine, then we deem this a Fake review, in fairness after reading this review anyone can see its fake, I mean who asks on Trustpilot if someone can give them an address for a company, please if your trying to give us a fake review please make it better than this one.

Apologies if you have had calls you didn't ask for, we only use GDPR approved data, so if you have had a call off us, at some point you have agreed to phone calls off marketing companies, and if someone asks to be removed from Euroseal , there number is quickly blocked off all our telephone systems, if you write to us we are to happy to supply you all the details off where we obtained your data.
Trust Pilot will now request your details and also our address is at the bottom of this review, I'm surprised you didn't see our address in the newspaper from the ICO fine, or any internet search will tell you where we are, rather than you having to ask people on here. As unfortunately Deborah Trustpilot isn't like Facebook where you can message each other.
Also for your information the ICO fine was from 5 years ago where we made a call to one person, who had asked not to be called, which we agreed we had made, and we were fined for. We had broke the guidelines and we paid for it, Since then it has never happened. Mistakes do happen.
Now as I have said before in Trustpilot reviews there is a Window company out there who every now and again leave a fake 1 star review to try and give us a bad scoring. So Trustpilot ask for your name and Address to prove you have had a genuine interaction with us, and confirms if we have made that call, If you do not respond to there request, we will deem this a another fake review.

The sales person told me that it was a one time deal, for today only and I felt pressured to sign up. This should not be the case. A customer has the right to think about the offer at least for 24 hours before paying a deposit.

Dear Chris,
Apologies if you feel you have had a bad experience with Euroseal, and of course every customer can have time to think about the quotes that we give, we do give a free 12 month quote out to everyone.
If we are giving you a trade install price, where we have an offer on, the company only allocates a certain number of these, so when available we do ask if the customer would be interested to see what price we can do, we will offer the price, and if you say you want 24 hours, then of course we will leave it with you, we will explain though that if the trade slots are filled, then we can't come back to you at that discounted price.
If you ring us after 24 hours and we still have slots available then you would get the trade slot price. If there gone then its back to our normal price list, which is still great for the quality we offer. There is no pressure in any way, and we don't use hard sales tactics, the pressure is on us to make sure you get the right price, Now most people will come back to us even if the trade prices are not available, as they are overly impressed by how long the company has been trading and the high quality of products we offer.
So apologies if one of my team didn't explain himself properly and I will bring them in for more training.

Beautiful windows and doors
Windows and doors are perfectly fitted by lovely fitters. Excellent quality windows and composite front door.
Loses a point on calls with main office where what we were told prior to quotes being given was a little misleading (length of quote validity and discounts available) which has led to confusions when salespeople have given official quotes. This was quick to be resolved by the salespeople to get the sale made.
