From my very first inquiry, Euro Seal provided absolutely great service. Every member of the staff I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole process completely stress-free.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new high quality windows—they look fantastic and feel incredibly secure! I also want to give a huge shoutout to the excellent installation team. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were extremely respectful of our property, making sure to keep everything perfectly clean and tidy throughout the entire job.

Overall, this was a truly professional service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their home, and we will definitely use them again in the future!

The guys were here bright and early. They got on with the job and finished quicker than I thought they would. They did a great job, I'm really pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend them.

The lads came within the time given, were efficient, worked as quiet as possible (except for the drilling) and completed the installation of my back door quickly. They swept up, and mopped when they had finished. Then I was shown how to use the keys (different from my usual ones) and was given 3 of them for my use.

Salesman and fitters were all fine and didn't have any issues.
As are the windows themselves, no problems there.
Problem I had was with the scheduled installation date.
The original date as stated on the contract was scheduled for the 27/5. However no one turned up, and after calling Euroseal I discovered that it had actually been booked in for the day after, 28/5. I had no communication in regards to this mix up and had already taken time off work to be at home. So I had to quickly get the next day off at extremely short notice to be there when they arrived.
However, the next day after waiting around I received a call from the fitters saying they wouldn't be able to make it in time to fit the windows and would need to reschedule again for the following week. So once again I had to rearrange my own schedule at short notice so I could be at home, wasting two of my own personal days off.
This was first time using this company and it didn't leave a very good first impression.

Work men were professional and tidy happy with the completed job

Company keep us informed about date they were coming to do the work. The team who came out were brilliant very efficient and quick no mess left. The finished job was excellent. The team were very polite. We are very happy with the work done i would definitely recommend Euroseal. Good job 👏

I agreed to a quote after a door-to-door representative mentioned a scrappage scheme, a 12-month price guarantee, and ongoing work in the local area—though I personally haven't observed any recent window installations nearby.
An appointment was scheduled, and the representative arrived on Saturday afternoon as agreed. The process began with a 40-minute product demonstration before the measurements for our three windows and a door were taken.
When it came to the pricing structure, the experience became uncomfortable due to the sales tactics used:
The Pricing: A significant amount of time was spent calculating figures. We were quoted for a composite door rather than standard uPVC, with the representative stating there was only a £200 difference.
The Conditional Discount: The initial quote for the four items was £12,000. This was reduced to £9,000, but this lower price was strictly conditional on me signing a contract that same day. This completely contradicted the 12-month price validity mentioned at the door.
The Pressure Tactics: When I declined to sign immediately, the salesperson placed his manager on loudspeaker. I was told that if I didn't agree to the deal there and then, installation teams would be left without work.
I found this method of selling highly stressful and manipulative. A home improvement quote should rely on the quality of the product and fair pricing, not on putting customers on the spot or using guilt tactics to secure an immediate signature.

I've used this company a few times now,and can honestly say there work ethic is excellent,they are professional and come and do the job when they say they will,the quality of the window frames and glass are really good.

I would recommend EuroSeal windows Ltd to anyone, they are professional without being pushy!
Their sales person Sarah was chatty friendly without overstepping her professional boundaries. Worked hard to do the best for my needs.
The door fitters were very efficient and no mess . My old door was used towards the price as it could be used for recycling.

My experience with Euroseal
Was almost perfect a little hiccup at the beginning but everything improved going forward. So far I have a a new front door and have agreed to having my windows done next. All round the service was excellent.

Gorgeous door.Fitted by 2 great lads,who left it all nice and clean,and took all the rubbish with them. Would definitely recommend this firm.

Do not trust them from sales to management they’re crooked, phone calls back & forth are bull convincing you they’re getting you the best deal! The buy now pay in a year isn’t worth anything as they be on to you demanding money as soon as there fitted. Keep away. Guys who did the work were good but told me they could’ve done the at two thirds the price!

I recently reviewed euroseal windows and gave them a 1 star not because of the overall job just couple of things that was unfinished and the hiring of scaffolding that was never used. But having spoken to Allen Brookes at the company he resolved those issues by reimbursing the cost scaffolding which I'm thankful for. As I said the overall job was great and the windows look amazing.
