I have booked AO tickets with Events travel for 4 consecutive years. The seats allocated are excellent and then communication easy and punctual. I will continue to use Events travel for future sporting holidays.

AO 2026 package with tickets and hotel accommodation- would definitely use again. Customer service great and choice of hotels very good. Tickets to the matches provided good seats - no complaints at all !

We booked Australian Open tennis tickets, Melbourne and Sydney hotels with Events Travel and all were great! Tickets were perfectly in the shade and hotel options were well located with great views. All our pre-trip planning questions were promptly answered. We’ve recommended this company to others for their future Australian trips as well.

The hotel booking was good in a very good area!
The misunderstanding was due to the fact that I did not receive any e-mail msg including the tennis ticket.... I wrongly supposed that the front desk of MERCURE MELBOURNE SOUTHBANK Hotel gave me such ticket, but they had not got it... So I started to to call over the handy and e-mail msg, bt it WAS SATURDAY and the offices were closed ( just an automatic msg answering to send e-mail). At the end ( but already bought another ticket directly by AO ticket office) George Hedley (Events travel assistant) sent it to me over whatsapp !! It would properly need a better follow up all days, weekend included !!!

The organisation was spot on thanks. The accommodation was perfect, central and close to the AO.
We loved the friendly atmosphere of the tennis. The AO need to streamline the entry point security processes for 11am and provide shade.

All was done quite timely and methodically.

Customer service was really good. Prompt responses .

Everything I asked for viewing seats for Australian open the 3 matches where fantastic viewing also requested an aisle seat easy access for someone with a walking stick.

From the first email, everything was so clear and well organized. We couldn't fault Events Travel. The hotel was fantastic and within walking distance to tennis. The tickets were fantastic - great seats. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommended. We hope to book again another year.

I have booked our travel event at Australian Open very early many months before. But everything was perfectly organized. The hotel, the tickets, everything works very well. We received the tickets some weeks before. It was a great experience at the courts and with our partner Events Travel.

Fabulous travel agency. So helpful on all details of our trip to Australia. All agents I communicated with were so friendly, knowledgeable and just outstanding. Also, accommodated communicating with large time change to USA. Managed all details to perfection. We had perfect seats at the Australian Open. I will definitely use Events Travel again.

Well organised with good accommodation options. Tickets were OK but not great. A better description of locations of what seats are available would be helpful - too general description at present. Which row and angles are very relevant when watching tennis live. Aside from that, all very good.

Events Travel made visiting the Australian Open 26 so easy. The hotel was fabulous and in an excellent location. The tickets to the quarter and semi-finals were in great locations often next to others who had also booked via Events Travel and were happy to chat between points. They also organised a Mornington Peninsula Tour with wine tasting and that was a lot of fun - really interesting to see the scenery outside of the city. I would thoroughly recommend Events Travel.

Our accommodation was great just a quick walk to Melbourne Park and our seats in RLA and Margaret Court perfect.
