Medication comes super easy and fast
Medication comes super easy and fast. I did have a difficult time trying to get a receipt that would submit to my HSA. I spoke with Tyler on the phone. She was super helpful and is trying to get me the proper documentation. Otherwise the medication worked great I lost 8 pounds my first two weeks.

EveryMeds Pens Out of Stock
After leaving a previous 5 star review on my initial experience I am now leaving a 3 star review based on my second order. The issue EveryMeds has now are no pen availability. The reason I subscribed to EveryMeds was specifically for their pen. The first month using the pen I had no.issues at all, very simple process just like the video. Could notneven feel the needle or the injection.
The solution they are using now is to send a vial amd give $100 off, total of $279. For the vials this is still expensive compared to other sites if you get a 3 month or 6 month subscription. If the pens are not back in stock by my next order will likely gontona cheaper source. I do not mind paying a little more fornthe pen. I have also found some pens where you can load the syringe and it then works the same. This is another option with a cheaper vial supplier.
I would like tosee response of what is happening with your pen shortage, how is it being addressed, and what is the timing you have been provided with the pen manufacturer. Someone should be in their plant 24/7 making sure they are doing all they can in production.

I wish I didn't have to give them one star.
The first pen arrived, it's easy to put together, but you REALLY have to press hard, The B12 is too viscous to easily go through such a tiny needle, and I had bruises each time I used it. No weight loss, but I didn't really expect it the first month.
The second pen arrived, I opened the first needle and it was bent. I straightened it, and tried tu use the pen, absolutely zero medication came through the needle. I opened another needle and it was also bent, tried again. Same results. Opened the third needle it was fine, but no matter how hard I pressed noting came out - not a single drop.
I immediately notified Readymeds, they asked for a video - which I sent them, I also offered to send the 100% full pen back. I've been told (repeatedly) that my situation has been escalated, and 27 days later - still no money back, and then today I received a "Once in a lifetime" offer to get the medication in a vial - with a regular syringe! I'm guessing that I am not the only one with the same problem.
If you watch the instruction video, she mentions that you have to push hard, that means something is wrong. The needles are too tiny for the b12 mixture - which not everyone needs anyway.
If I could give negative stars I would!

Ordered because of the pen
Ordered because of the pen. A few days after I received my first box they are changing from pen to needle. Bad customer service no one would pick up on hold forever only to be transferred to full mailbox!

Very good, until recently
I have been enjoying Everymeds and everything has run smoothly, until now. Everymeds auto charges the card you have on file every 25 days. When I reached out to them to reschedule my payment to a few days later, they emailed me and told me this: “However, please note that refills are currently on pause due to an update in how the treatment is being provided.
We will contact you with further information within 72 business hours.
If you have any other questions or need assistance, please let us know, we’re here to help!”
That’s incredibly vague and makes me feel like I did something wrong. And 72 business hours, (9 business days) from the time they sent this message is January 8. I run out of my pen doses on the 4th, which means a lapse in treatment while they figure out what’s going on and even if I’m still eligible.
I’m looking elsewhere for my tirzepatide, unfortunately. Everymeds has been good to me, but the vagueness and having to wait that long for them to figure things out just don’t sit well with me, and that’s truly concerning.

I'm making my rating on the intake…
I'm adding this to my review it's been a week and I have nit received my order and getting no answers on the phone or email. If someone doesn't respond to me by phone with tracking information I'm calling my credit card company and reversing the charges. This is no acceptable.
I see why the intake was so easy now. I got a message saying the order was expedited. It's evident that didn't happen.
I'm making my rating on the intake process. I haven't received the medicine yet but the process was smooth sailing. Amy and Tyler were great and we even had a pleasant side conversation. I can't wait to go to Florida to see them in person.

I’ve had very nice encounters with the phone representatives. Today I spoke with Tyler and she was very helpful. The online system to reorder was causing me issues but she escalated my reorder and helped me.

Everymeds is a scam…
I canceled my subscription with a representative named Sarah on December 1st. She assured me the cancelation would be processed prior to the next billing. On December 10th, I was charged $379.00 for a medication refill I did not request. I called customer support and was told my order would be canceled and my funds refunded. On December 11th, I received notification that the meds I didn't order were being shipped. I requested they cancel the order via the link that was sent with the notification email. As of December 15th, my membership has not been canceled, my refund has not been processed and I had to file a dispute with my bank, cancel my card, and reach out again to their customer service. I received the medication shipment today and have asked what they would like me to do with it. I have not received a response but will update my review if any of this resolves.

I was very pleased with the whole process and my results. The sale price got me started, but when I realized that it would not stay at that price. It was more cost effective for me to use a company near and a lot cheaper!

I was having serious side effects with…
I was having serious side effects with sulfur burps and vomiting. I tried all day long to find a medical chat person. I could not find a medical chat tab and the people that were answering the phone and the messages were giving me the runaround. I can’t believe there is not someone on staff who t is a medical professional that can answer my questions. There are a lot of companies out there that will give you a Zoom meeting with a registered nurse who is also available for any questions. You may have at future time. Find a company that offers that. Every Meds doesn’t seem like a legitimate company.

Sara is the BEST
Had a few issues - prescription didn’t get approved, and information on my account on the portal was incorrect. Sara was fantastic!! Quickly sent me a link to resubmit for my refill prescription which was approved in seconds. Sara even took the time to follow up a few days later once IT fixed my portal account to make sure I had access to everything. I have had a great experience with both the meds, and the company itself!

Delay after delay on shipping. "Escelation" after "Escelation"
I subscribed on 11/7, but did not have proof of a previous prescription, which is fine. On 11/10, I submitted my proof and they accepted it and approved my first dose for tirzipitide. Great. Friday rolls around, didn't receive my meds. Odd. Call Monday, "this is odd, I will escalate the issue." Friday, no meds. Monday, call again, "this is highly unusual, I will escalate the issue." Friday, no meds again. Monday, call again, "I will escalate the escelation". It is now 12/1, still no meds and they have taken a payment from me for the second month's subscription. To say that I am displeased would be a severe understatement. I was just told that I should hear back from them in 24-48 hours, but I am not banking on that. If I don't have a tracking number by Wednesday morning, I will be contacting my bank and doing a charge back on both transactions and contacting the BBB. I have remained very patent and polite despite my frustrations so I have no idea why there is a lack of any action.
