Good luck canceling

Update: received an update on my refill that I did not request!! Last month I talked to countles people and emailed and messaged to confirm cancellation. Horrible!

I changed my address online, which was confirmed via email, yet still was delivered to the wrong address
After that, I cancelled my subscription, received email confirmation. Low and behold I have 2 charges on my credit card for an item I did not renew and had already cancelled. Called 2 more times to cancel, yet received shipment notice to the OLD address from FedEx that same day. Trashcan of a company.

Everymeds representation and product features

The representative Sara was very informative and answered all my questions regarding the medication and changing from one company to another. I like the fact that this company offers an affordable pen option that most companies I've researched do not.

I canceled after one month due to the…

I canceled after one month due to the cost. However, a week later, my account was charged anyway. When I called, I was told there was a "glitch" in their system, and the payment was reversed. The next day, the payment was taken out again. I DO NOT recommend this company!! Use someone else!!

In response to your response.....I DID email AND call. Yet the money is still gone from my account!

Update.....I now have 2 pending charges from Everymeds, after canceling twice, via email and phone!!

Avoid EveryMed

I called them, very unprofessional, they do not have any supervisor or manager to talk. I did not receive medication so far. It’s been two weeks. Looks like they are scammer and fraud. Avoid EveryMed — Terrible Experience
The service is absolutely the worst. Do not buy from them. Their representatives make false promises about delivery and doctor appointments. Once you make a payment, they stop responding to emails or calls. Even when the issue is clearly their mistake, they refuse to provide refunds. Completely unprofessional and unreliable company.

Another disappointing update

Another disappointing update. I don't usually ever leave this many reviews but I just want people to be warned because of all the hell I've been through with this company. I will start by saying Ashley is literally the ONLY good employee yall got. Give that woman a raise. Now its the 25th of November and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MEDICATION. STILL!! What's wild is I'm already supposed to be on the 3rd pen and yet I haven't even gotten the second one. Everything is always "escalated" but there's NEVER a resolution EVER. On top of everything else I had told them repeatedly that all I wanted was my second pen since it was already paid for but that I wanted my subscription to be canceled. And I've told them MULTIPLE times to make sure it was canceled, so tell me why for the past 3 days they've been trying to charge me for a subscription renewal. Now luckily my bank blocked it but they've tried to charge me FOUR times and I know because I get the alerts from my bank along with the email from Everymeds telling me the charge failed to go through. Then I call because I want to know why and they act like they have no idea what I'm talking about. But yeah I would avoid this company like the plague. The Pen isnt worth it honestly it's just not. I'm so mentally exhausted from dealing with them now. At this point I don't know when or if I'm ever actually going to get my replacement second pen. I feel scamed. Also I find it funny how they always respond to my reviews saying that they want to make it right and to call but when I do reach out so they can make it right THEY DON'T MAKE IT RIGHT. 🙃

Beyond Frustrated

I have made repeated phone calls over the last three weeks trying to get this company to finally mail out my pen. Every single time, I’ve only been able to reach the same two customer service agents—Rebekah and Pam~ and absolutely nothing has been resolved.

Within the last hour, I spoke with Pam and told her I was completely fed up and needed real answers about what was going on with my order. Instead of helping me, she made my membership inactive. When I called back and got her again, I told her I knew she had canceled my membership, and she denied it. After that call, I went back into my account and suddenly it was active again.

It’s clear these customer service agents are messing around with the accounts and the orders, and I am completely fed up with this company. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with any business. There are so many other well-run, professional companies that actually fulfill orders and treat their customers with basic respect~ unlike this one.

My $169.00 dollar RX was dropped at a door step

My $169.00 dollar RX was dropped at someones front door (NOT MINE), they basically said not our problem. when I contacted Everymeds their response was basically - since the courier (Fedex)confirmed it was delivered not our problem. Mind you I have a delivery station at my apartments where my package could have been left safe and secure. Not willing to replace or refund my money. Filing a complaint with the BBB as well

Misleading price advertising…

My issue with this company is advertising practice. I searched ALOT of different sites to find a tirzepitide injectable. I chose Everymeds bc the offer said $279. per month and that their price WILL NOT GO UP. In fact my second order was $379. When I contacted them, their AI chat obviously was aware people were unhappy about this- it had an immediate response that the original offer was JUST for the first month and that the price would not go up after the SECOND order. They also had the cheek to say they were sorry if this felt misleading!! It didnt FEEL misleading- IT WAS. BEWARE

Avoid EveryMeds at All Costs ~ Most Unprofessional Experience I’ve Ever Had

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others about my experience with EveryMeds.

The last few weeks have been an absolute nightmare. After placing my order, First I was double-charged, and trying to get help has been almost impossible. Then placed 4 different orders and none were completed or sent. Customer service keeps bouncing me from one department to another, promising the issue is being “escalated,” yet nothing ever gets resolved. You were told something different in every department. I’ve sent countless emails and texts, made so many phone calls~ and every time I either get ignored or fed the same scripted answers.

I’ve been brought to the point of complete frustration and have wasted an unbelievable amount of time only to end up getting absolutely nowhere. Something is definitely wrong with this company. This has been, without question, the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with any medical or customer service provider.

What’s even more concerning is that after reading more reviews, I learned many customers never even received their GLP-1 medication, and some are calling the company a scam. Based on what I’ve personally gone through, I can understand exactly why.

I’ve lost time, money, and weeks of peace dealing with this situation. I strongly recommend choosing a different company entirely if you’re considering ordering from them.

And to add to what the gentleman said below this review, I’ll be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau as well. It’s hard to believe the recent positive reviews are genuine when so many people, myself included, are experiencing the same unresolved problems. Don’t be fooled by what appear to be fake reviews

The site and process was super efficient and I received my first order already. My service advisor called me to give me a heads up on how the process works and if the doctor had questions he would call or message me (a week late). Too bad I already got my order as Janet was no help. Maybe next time Janet.
