Easy ordering online
The initial confirmation of the order and delivery was great. Placing the order online was easy However, prior to delivery there was no correspondence to say the delivery was on it's way, whilst I appreciate not every company does this, it certaintly improves the whole experience. Early afternoon I called the company to enquire about the expected time of delivery as time was passing quickly and it was already 2pm. I was politely told it would be with me in approx 1 hour ( the approx time one would expect from the depot to my home ). I suspect I had been forgotten, but can't prove this. The delivery was made promptly, and all staff were polite and helpful.

Really helpful service
I accidentally ran out of oil and your company came and replaced it really quickly.
Because I ran out of oil my boiler would not come on and you sent a repair man out really quickly to sort me out. He was very helpful and I was very impressed with the service.
