Great service and no quibble refund when my situation changed
There was a severe lack of stock for my university graduation hood. Evess were very helpful in assisting me in finding an alternative.
I placed the order and had it delivered in 2 days.
During those 2 days my situation changed and I no longer required the hood. I made Evess aware and they informed me how to return it and the money was refunded within a couple of days. Very impressed. I would have no concerns ordering from Evess in the future.

Cardiff Hood
Due to high demand we had really struggled to get a hood for Cardiff University. When I spotted that Evess had restocked this product I was delighted. After a few conversations on the telephone, which were all answered promptly, I ordered online and it arrived the next day.

Fast service at least
Service was very fast, but the items are overpriced for what you get. The cap doesn’t fit properly in the frame, so the back piece bulges out, making hanging difficult. Frame also looks much cheaper than the £60 it’s supposedly worth.
