The frame was exactly as advertised. Packaging was great: the frame got delivered with no damages. Happy with the purchase: already planning to buy another one for my MSc! :-)

Great quality and well made. Hopefully it matches my graduation attire as it's being purchased from another company that my University recommend but they ran out! One issue is online when ordering it gives the option to order a felt navy mortarboard but when you go to the checkout its the wrong colour, material and size. Luckily, I noticed this, so I called Evess to check why it was happening and they agreed with me about the glitch on the system and said it should state out of stock hence my reason for giving 4 stars as I could have ended up with the wrong one. Nevertheless, I ordered the navy polyester one instead and I love it!

Further to several issues with my order for the Mortar Board frame and the Mortar Board hat along with issues with a lack of communication when highlighting these problems, I am amending my review accordingly. This is in the interest of fairness - taking into consideration the resolution that was offered. I have to say that a response from the Managing Director, Martin was both unexpected and reassuring from both a quality control aspect and in addressing my former negative review with the seriousness that it deserved. A replacement Mortar board hat in large (as per the original order) was reissued to be sent by courier service today and a goodwill gesture was made regarding my complaint of the quality of the Mortar board frame received. Also additionally I was advised that the incorrect Mortar board hat in size small could be kept rather than having trouble to return the item. Though this is kind, I will still return it via Royal Mail as it is the incorrect size and I have no use for it. Nonetheless, the offer to make amends restored my faith in the company and that excellent customer service is as important to the Managing Director as it is to me. In general a company does not have to go above and beyond in responding to a serious complaint such as mine and that is why I have taken the time to re- rate my experience and amend my review accordingly. I have given 5 stars on that basis and placing my trust that the newly reissued Mortar board hat which is to arrive today, will be in the correct size (large). Needing a bespoke quality product, other companies failed to deliver.
Evess took a personal interest and provided quality samples to suit an order which I’m confident will be of a quality others couldn’t or wouldn’t provide.

On delivery a superb bespoke product with very high quality materials.

Very happy with the frames and mounts which look great and are good quality. I had an initial problem when only 1 of the frames/mounts arrived (I had ordered 2). This required a bit of going and froing with the company. I dealt directly with the managing director Martin who quickly resolved the issue for me and sorted everything out.

Graduation is a very stressful but amazing time for the whole family.
This company provides such a fantastic professional and prompt service that it helps ease this big day go so smoothly.
