There's nothing worse than companies that masquerade as all Australian and pretend they're packing it for shipment and lie that they have a back log when really its being drop shipped from China and yes I have the tracking details to verify this . VERY Disappointing and would NEVER recommend or deal with that company again .

I purchased the Hydrogen Water Bottle.

Within days, it was leaking from the base. I asked for a refund, but they wouldn't, stating "hygiene concerns." The company sent me a new bottle. It leaked slightly, but not as bad as the first one.
However, within five months, it stopped working completely, no longer releasing hydrodgen. The company will not replace or refund it as it is past the "90-day money-back guarantee," which they don't honour anyway.

The product is shipped from China, which tells you a lot about its quality. It's cheap and nasty. Save your money.

Not a Australian company the junk came from China not Australia I paid a premium for Chinese junk that doesn't work

I emailed ExposureLab as the water bottle malfunctioned 4 months after purchase. Their policy guarantees the product for 90 days only. It was then suggested I purchase another base at $44.95 offering a 30% discount. I have a policy too. Not chasing good money after bad. Not worth the hype.

I would not recommend.
It’s not made of steel or metal as stated.
Shipping is not 7-10 days more 28 days
Customer service is poor, packaging is poor everything is just thrown in a box with very poor instructions given.
Don’t waste your money go with someone else.

I initially chose the grounding sheet as it was advertised as “in stock” and the company is located on the Gold Coast, so I anticipated delivery would be relatively quick. About three weeks later my order arrived from China. We used it for over a month but we were very disappointed with it as it did not make any difference to our sleep quality nor did it help to reduce body pain (inflammation), as stated on their website. I wouldn’t use this company again

They are not Australian products its all comes from china misleading headline its why most of there comments on Facebook are filtered out they are not based in AUS you will not find them there I should of reviewed them abit more before purchasing I brought the ice bath,sauna, hydrobottle,

Extremely poor service and product quality had serious electrical faults and water leaked all into the electrical base and entire bottle dripped from base. Still weeks on and haven’t received replacement base . They just say late next week sometime with “all the best”. Would never purchase from this company again

My initial disappointment comes from the terrible lack of written operational instructions on how to prep & use it!
I lost a day of using it, as I didn’t want to ‘assume’ anything without contacting you. This video link you sent should be automatically included in every order as a matter of commonsense & customer service! This step alone will lift your reviews! I know, I would not have been able to get my bottle working & usable today without the videos 👍 Just FYI, I would have been very disappointed & frustrated, had I not seen & heard those instructions! 🤔 Now that I have the operation right, I hope the quality of the product & my health doesn’t let me down!

I recently bought a few things from Exposure Lab, and honestly, the experience was the worst i've experienced. I wouldn't not recommend this company under any circumstance at any price.

First off, I thought I was buying from a company based in QLD, Australia, but it turns out they’re just dropshipping from China, even the customer support is offshore.

Shipping took forever, and when my packages finally arrived, they used some bizarre service that just left one of the boxes on the landing strip of my property. Not on the driveway, not by the front door, not even in the letterbox—just out in the open on the ground. The only reason i found it was i received an email saying it was delivered and spent 20mins looking for it.

The bigger items I ordered came absolutely thrashed. Pipes were cracked, and parts were broken. When I reached out to them, they wanted me to send a full video of this non-functional mess, even after I’d already sent photos countless photos of the obvious damage. How does that make sense?

Regardless of the damage, the quality is terrible, nothing really works as stated, there are no instructions for anything and everything smells like chemicals i reckon I shouldn't be trying to heat up and sit in.

And to top it off, the HydroLab product I got came with a plastic satchel inside that had partially melted from the heat, making the whole thing reek of chemicals. It was so strong that I couldn’t even use it.

In short, these guys wouldn't refund anything, they tell you to wait but nothing happens and if you look at all the other reviews, everyone has the same experience.

I don't recommend them at all. If you truly want something cheap just to go Ali or the like and pay 50% less with better service.

Got my refund ,only because I purchased through zip pay and they refunded me.totally fraudulent company.

Misleading. Purchased a Hydro bottle for health benefits, only to find the bottle smells strongly of chemicals. I tried cleaning it as per a video link they sent me however after approx 3-4 weeks it still has a strong smell and i cannot allow myself to consume from the bottle. I have told them about this and asked for a partial refund minus delivery fees. But they refuse. I have tried to give them every opportunity to do the right thing, even to swap it. However it's obvious now seeing other reviews, they are scammers with no interest to offer quality products.

Initially it leaked everywhere. Again they sent a link to show me how to fix a brand new product so that it would not leak.

Also they drop ship from a China depot. When you order from QLD you are led to believe you will receive delivery from within QLD, and maybe withing a few days, however it takes approx. 3 weeks direct from China.

Terrible to do business with this mob.

The team you will deal with are like professional con people with scripts ready to go.

Be very very careful buying from this company. The ice bath bundle I brought was absolute shitee, missing items and very different from the images in the marketing pic.

Can't comment on product, because still yet to receive. Ordered my bundle ($500) on 7th August. They advertise as a QLD business, 7 day delivery. After a week I emailed and they reassured me they would send tracking. On 19th August I eventually was sent tracking which shows "order received" 19th August in ShanTian, DongGuan. As of 23rd August it's still in China which I believe is not a town in QLD. I have asked for a refund

My mistake did not check for the reviews on this company dont waste your time purchasing anything. You will get really frustrated really really bad experience will not and never purchase again on Exposure lab BS.

I purchased their Hydrogen bottle and received it within two weeks from China despite their so-called Warehouse being in QLD. Based on a pretty good first experience, I purchased a Double Grounding Sheet. Their website was showing as in stock and still is to this day, but 2 1/2 weeks after purchase, nothing. Sent several emails this week and no replies whatsoever. What the hell is going on with this company?

Purchased a hydrogen water bottle, only purchased from this company as they label themselves as Australian. Once the parcel was shipped I receive a china post tracking number. Took just over 6 weeks to get here when the website states 4-6 days and when I inquired why It was sent from china without consulting me I was told the Australian warehouse had apparently ran out of stock which seems like a lie as I believe they are all
From china. If I wanted to wait 6 weeks I would have purchased elsewhere. Customer service are very rude to.

Great service from the team and very happy with my bottle I received. I live rural and it arrived in 7 days. The first night I use the bottle I noticed I woke up feeling a lot more alert. Will be buying more for my family. Thanx
