Excellent customer service and communication. And product -martin 000-28 - beautiful guitar perfectly set up. I tried to order the guitar initially and had a problem with my bank card - in the interim, the guitar was sold. I contacted Express and they were great - promised to contact me as soon as another became available, which they did. First class service - and excellent price.
