Great guitar shop, great people
Second time of buying a top end guitar from these lovely people. I am the World’s worst most fussy customer and even so they were still awesome and it was Harriet that emailed to notify me of a new guitar they had in stock that I might like, and I ended up buying it after lots of tooing and froing. They even made enquiries direct with the Fender custom shop in USA to answer all my questions.
Would buy another guitar or amp etc from here in a heartbeat. Like music shops used to be, AND Phil makes a great cuppa.

Faultless service. Very impressive.
After a lot of research I decided to buy a mid-range Taylor guitar. There is only one authorised dealer within 100 miles of where I live, and they were unable to supply the one I wanted.
I knew nothing about Express Music, but chose them largely on the strength of their impressive reviews on this site.
I'm glad I did, as the whole experience was faultless, and the price was very competitive. The guitar was despatched same day and delivered by FedEx in immaculate condition within 24 hours of order - despite a journey of almost 500 miles.
The guitar itself is gorgeous, and a joy to play. I would have no hesitation in buying from Express Music again. Thank you - you have made an old man very happy!
