Phil and the team were great. Worked with us initially to get the ideas mocked up and then we were handed off to Rebecca who was brilliant. They’ve helped loads with finding builders and engineers which has also helped keep the costs down.

What a great service that is offered, from the very start of the project though to the end they help and give guidance and recommendations. Communication with Rebecca is on point and responds in good time to not keep you waiting.

We were promised plans, ideas, introductions to builders for cost estimates.........what we received is an architectural assistant (not an architect) drawing up plans based on what we asked for. No ideas, despite our requests. When we ask for introductions to builders and a quantity saver, nothing comes back.
I send emails to the CEO to give feedback, and they are ignored......staggering. A company based on marketing and no service delivery. Incredibly disappointing. A waste of our time and money, and we now have to commence the process from scratch.......makes me question whether the reviews on this site are genuine ?

Great service so far (just received planning permission yesterday!). All communication has been great and such an easy process!

Used for a very small project. Would have appreciated more of a conversation at the start (they were quick to crack on!). But overall, good value for money and Rebecca has kept me up to date with the progress of my planning application.

Great company with brilliant communication and professionalism. Josh the architect has been incredible in his work & speed, Rebecca the head of comms and admin has been thorough, prompt and helpful throughout! Last but not least, we chose this company as the Director; Philip took us through a FREE 40 min consultation to introduce us to the company and gave us some pretty incredible tips and extension design ideas. This really helped the whole process and he gave us some serious value and quality on this call, even before we were customers/clients. The planning permission came through smoothly even with conservation area restrictions and we’re just so pleased we chose Extension Plans for our project - HIGHLY recommend.
