Excellent service - Planning permission granted!
4D Planning helped us obtain planning permission for our commercial kitchen at Unit 10, Nottingham.
The application process was challenging due to delays from the Council, but the team at 4D Planning - Galit, James, and Elie - were professional, persistent, and kept us informed throughout.
They handled all communications with the Council, provided clear advice, and successfully secured approval for our change of use application with our requested operating hours (10am to midnight).

The team was exceptionally efficient, quick to respond, and truly grasped our design requirements. I consulted with various architects regarding a planning application for a first-floor side extension, and many experts told us it was unfeasible.
