I am appalled by the good reviews . I ordered a chair and table in Jan 2022.

The table and chair were delivered and the table was cracked and chair lost its leg in a month.

It took me a month to get that shippef back , i got the table replaced as I really liked it but i refused to accept a sub standard chair . I am still waiting for a refund . The support team is absolutely uslesss. I had given the review to Fabuliv which ofcourse they didn't publish. Am angry but objectively i have issues with the after sales services and quality of wood. I rather find a good local carpenter , show them the design and buy it locally.

Really bad after sales service from Fabuliv. No ownership on the quality, finishing and misalignment issues raised by me. As a resolution, all you had offered me is the information that there is a 7 days return policy and fabuliv can do nothing about it full stop....but there is no mention of this policy in my order receipt and the final invoice. Not buying again ever from Fabuliv. They mention a warranty of 3 years on their website but if they dont own delivering a damaged product within 20 days of raising the issue, there is no possibility that they will entertain anyone gor warranty. Better to buy from than buying from fabuliv by paying double for a shabby work of theirs.

Received products which were damaged .Called and emailed non stop for 2 weeks but very poor response.Finally they tell me they will pick up but I have top pay Rs 1500 for Shipping
Never using them again .There are much better user friendly options

Products at Fabuliv is average and expensive but their customer service is very bad. They have no returns or exchange policy and don't believe in after sales support.Their idea is just selling the product. They will not care about user experience. This will kill the online experience of many prospect buyers. I bought a chair and having back pain since using the product and when I told them they don't seem to understand and forcefully telling me to use the product. Better go for flipkart or peppery for furniture purchase.

I am an interior designer and I have ordered this product on 30th july.. its not been delivered yet.. nor they are informing the whereabouts, besides me calling continiously asking for the status they still dont have the courstesy to call back and inform me about whats happening.Finally on 26th august when i called them up they said, the product can't be delivered on my mentioned pincode, therefore i asked them to cancel it and refund the amount and till now theres not even a single response from thier side . i have ordered 2 products for an amount of Rs19, 492.. And moving legally to get back my amount
So folks pls be careful while ordering anything from them hereafter.. pls spread the message too

So here goes my ordeal with Fabuliv.... Ordered a coffee table from them a month or a little over a month... Every day I kept seeing a little dust or wood dust fall off the leg and I thought maybe am over thinking... Then I am travelling for 4-5 days and I come back and see a huge amount of saw dust.... Basically they had not treated their table before sending it and it had termite ants in it making holes all along... Anyways a week ago from today i.e 9th Nov I wrote a similar review online and various platforms to which I promptly received a call on d following day apologising for inconvenience etc and asking me to remove the review since they will replace d table....

I heard the lady out and agreed to remove it since they agreed to replace the table.... Well they had asked me when it can be replaced and I told them today i.e Saturday 16 Nov is when I will be home but I must have a time frame in which they will come... She assured me that someone will call me on Saturday morning to reconfirm and that she has noted down my request of timings between 12-3.... Well no call came and after I called them at 1:40pm is when they actually started following up... The lady then assures me by 3:30 the guy will be at my door.... But he comes at 425pm and that too with an incomplete piece of furniture... And keeps telling me to accept it since his carpenter will come in 15mins.... Well sense prevailed over me (since I clearly lacked it earlier while ordering from these incompetent guys) and I told him to wait till he comes else am not accepting it... The guy never showed up till 5pm...

So basically this is the level of incompetence you have to deal with in Fabuliv even though their store was less than 10mins away from my house...

Strongly recommend you to choose another vendor!!!

Its a one stop shop for your home decoration shopping. I purchased several products from them vase, Lighting and for kitchen and dining.
I received each and every product on time. Their delivery system is amazing. All the products are same as shown in the website. keep up the good work febuliv.
