I have used F2F many times to buy/sell properties and also to manage my rentals. I had an issue with a property for sale with F2F which had nothing to do with the sale - I asked Jacklyn for advice and she sorted the problem out for me. All the staff are very friendly, professional and go out of their way to help. I would highly recommend F2F if you are looking to sell your property or as a rental agent.

As a buyer I'm finding them rather rude, to the point where if I see a house I like that's being marketed by them, I tend to make an internal groaning sound. I've noticed they're very reluctant to answer any questions about their houses. I think perhaps they take on a lot of problem properties, as they seem to be exceedingly evasive - more so than the average agency. They've also put the phone down on me a couple of times, which was interesting. Once I rang very early - at 9.01- which I could forgive. The receiver went straight down before a word was spoken. The second time, I'd barely got to the middle of my opening sentence. They also seem to discourage buyers from feeling like they have a chance in hell to buy the house they're viewing. I guess they like to play hard to get - a luxury they can afford in the Todmorden market, which is buoyed up by the poor musicians and artists that have helped to make it desirable. Some of us would quite like to buy a house and I dunno, maybe receive a basic level of respect in the process? Or is that too much to ask for? I feel a bit sorry for the people that work there as they seem to be quite unhappy, but all the same I think this needs to be said.

Viewed several properties represented by them and all the staff have been excellent communicators and lovely to deal with. They are being very helpful and proactive in arranging a purchase. Would use them for a sale myself!

Bought my first house through F2F. It did some 6 months but thats not on them. Communication was good, they came back to me when I needed something and supported the process.
Would consider selling through them in future.

My niece is currently using this company to buy her first house. They have been terrible from the word go. It has got so bad that both parties are now communicating between themselves rather than ask the estate agents. Please don't use them
