Please do not trust this company for selling your property.
We agreed on selling price and signed the conditional agreement it was given 3 weeks for them the come and view the property. We had appointment for viewing when I go there there was a guy he said he is from auction house when I checked online they put our property without letting us to the auction on a ridiculous guide price. They agreed to buy my property 115K and they put it on auction site guide price of 80K I never give permission for them to put it on a market or auctions. In the end of 3 weeks period when time for them to sign unconditional contract they turned up and said they don't want to buy the property.
Just a waste of time to deal with those guys . He was keep saying we bought the house what ever happens but in the end they didn't.
Please stay away from them.

My experience in selling my house as a tenanted property was great.
