I always had good experiences with fair go finance in the past , but lately they not just fair at all , I think for now on it’s best to pay out my debt with this company and not use them anymore little bit sad to see a company doing so well and then and find them one of worst to deal with for now on

Direct debit continued after the loan was paid back.
The loan application and disbursement of funds was quick and easy. The interest rate is 47%. Can anyone really afford 47% on a loan. The problems really started after I paid the loan out. Fair Go Finance continued to direct debit my bank and even after complaining to the ombudsman I do not have a response from them or money back. They are worse than the gym's that do this with membership or those pesky subsciptions that come out and you don't know what they are for - at lease those amounts are $20 or less. This is $200 at a time. It's also illegal for a finacial service to continiue to direct debit loan repayments when the loan is paid in full. They haven't addresses that either and, even though the money they tookl was clearly showing on the loan transaction history they called me a liar. I never paid late and never defaulted and this is what they do to good customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LENDER. They are dishonest and a rip off.

I was in a very tight financial situation and thinking what to do. I went on google searching credible lenders, and Fair Go Finance showed on my screen. I did eligibility check and found out I was. I applied for a quick small loan and it got approved.
Customer service was great and will definitely recommend Fair Go Finance.
