Lost customer
While I initially found fair go to be a good lender, but after applying for loan yesterday 27/10/26, to get a top up after having paid off 82% of the current loan to get some bills paid off, I was declined. I have now decided that to continue to apply with fair go has become a waste of my time. It’s obvious to me repeat custom isn’t what they need or want. It is pretty evident to me that even though I have never missed a payment or defaulted, that I would have been able to service the loan!
I don’t recommend lenders to family or friends and it is not because I don’t think they are a bad company, but for the reason that if I do recommend and my family member or friend gets declined, I won’t feel I have let them down.
Once I have paid off the remaining amount still owing, it will be good bye to fair go finance.
