I have recently purchased two more fairybell trees to go with my other two. Appreciate that I got them on sale at a reasonable price for us. Our yard already is spectacular but with 4 trees I believe even more people will slow down to see them.

My tree is missing parts, I have been messaging with your customer service for a few weeks and still no resolution. I have now missed all of Christmas having my tree in the yard. Not pleased at all! Terrible service!!!

Delivery was fast with the approaching Holiday season.

I have the original fairy tale and the worse became worn. I was able to replace the wires. Thanks so much!!

Excellent Customer Service and Warranty! Emailed them that my lights were ripped. They were very responsive replying and replacing the parts since it is still under warranty.

The 26' tree is a stunning addition to our Christmas display! We have wanted to purchase one for a while, and so glad we finally did it! Once I installed the flag pole (not an easy feat in freezing December!) set up was fairly simple. It will be easier next year, now that I know how it's done. Just a suggestion to those installing a new flag pole; do it in the summer or fall, before freezing temperatures set in!

I only received a pole. No lights. I emailed both emails for the company an no response after one week. I have a pole from the Netherlands with no lights. Great.

It’s not great! I placed an order November 39,2025. That is 11 days ago. Christmas is only 10 days away and I have not received my order or any correspondence regarding when it will be delivered. Therefore I give you 1 star.

I share the blame, but I splurged and got the 33’ tree - I wish it had been more clear that A, it doesn’t come with a pole and B the tallest pole you sell is 26 feet So my tree is unusable until I figure out a 35’ pole

I didn’t read carefully enough. I thought I was buying a tree that did multicolor AND white

Your AI bought said it would work with the 26 foot pole but it looks ridiculous

I won’t be able to use it this year and doubt that I will ever get around to installing a 35 foot flag pole

The lights look great. The only thing I would ask would be some better installation instructions as that was a bit tricky and not intuitive. Love the lights.

I’ve not got it out of the box yet . Due to fact weather has postponed my flag pole being installed. But very please with workmanship of this product. I did spend the extra money and got one with different patterns. So we can use it for other then just Christmas.

In putting up our tree this year, it wouldn't light up because I needed a new transformer. Getting a replacement was easy and it was covered under warranty. It took over a week to get the new transformer, but it would have been better to have an overnight option, even at an extra cost that I would have gladly paid. Our tree is back in action and being enjoyed!

Our flagpole Christmas tree just quit working. Did some troubleshooting and discovered we needed a Transformer. Fairybell sent us out the part we needed no questions asked . It was under warranty which was awesome !! We are enjoying our Tree again !! Thank you Fairybell !! 🎄♥️

I explained that the power code had been cut and asked how I could purchase another. I was answered almost immediately telling where in the website to go and was sent codes so I would not be charged for the power cord or for shipping. I was not looking forward that answer. What a great surprise to help bring joy back into our world.

*Edit The new cable got to me a week later. I have to say that the tree looks very nice. I got the 13' with colored lights and it's really quite appealing.* The bit that lit up looked nice. The power cable is flimsy and came with an electrical break so only 3 connectors worked. The connectors themselves are nice so why they cheaped out on the cable I can't figure out. What annoyed me most is they didn't rush ship the replacement cable. I spent $245 and it's just sitting out there dark. Also, the instructions that tell you to make the 13' tree 7' wide don't make sense. That just creates a floppy mess. I had to make it 10' wide.

The trees are so Beautiful. Very easy to place.
Service getting delivered was top notch!
