Most is good. I have received everything but the Christmas tree. Hopefully there's no problem.

The 26 foot trees and I bought 2 of them were very disappointing. Instructions left much to be desired. Also the second tree was missing two parts so it could not be put in for Christmas. I would like a full refund as this was incomplete shipping, difficult to put up and frankly disappoint in the display of the one I did put up. I think your ad is a bit misleading. Also the tree fell down due to rain so the anchor gave way also.

Customer service was very responsive and quick with response. Helped us solve a defective part quickly and replaced with warranty. This is a very well-run company that cares about customer service.

Happy New Year to Fairy Bell. I love my tree and have planned to leave it up a little longer since it took me sometime to get my flag pole relocated. Love it.

Customer service was great. Getting replacement parts while the tree is under warranty was very easy.

We love our tree, but the lights do not stay on when the weather turns, specifically when it rains. I'm not sure if that is intentional for safety or if there is a glitch in the wiring system. We love it when its working, but we live in a very wet area of the country.

Well....I ordered the 20ft/2000 light, in early December. It was delayed due to stock. It was then shipped and arrived 10 days before Christmas. It was installed and with great excitement to finally display, it was shipped with a European power transformer. I called corporate and they were to ship transformer ASAP from PA. After a week & no trans. I called again. This time they gave me a warranty # and ask if I could go online to order myself. I did, the transformer was free but they charged me for shipping! Not good! I finally received the correct transformer on 12/27/24. Toooo...late for Xmas. Now I must wait until next Christmas! If Fairybell reads these posts a Christmas present of a discount would sure be nice! Unit was shipped from the Netherlands. Hope this helps. Yes, true story!

I love Christmas lights and my husband hates them so I was surprised when he came back from a farm show with a Flagpole tree. One of my sons helped him put it and and it was breathing! However, after three days, an animal chewed up the wiring harness. The guy were able to fix, but I called and a new wiring harness was sent and arrived quickly! Thanks!

Product didn’t last one season. Lower wires on two sides snapped. Was never in heavy wind, wasn’t stretched. Just poor quality.

So far everything’s been great it looks beautiful. Only issue I would have is that a 33 foot tree is really pretty better on a 25 foot pole because I have a 35 foot pole and it’s about 10 feet before the top

I am very impressed with FairyBell’s commitment to keeping customers happy and satisfied. While I still wish they’d answer their phones, I LOVE the flagpole Christmas tree and always receive multiple complements annually from Passers by. Highly recommend!
