Only half my order was shipped and I was never contacted with tracking or dates when the second half of the order will be received.
Very poor communication overall and their inventory management on their site is also poor. The site said both parts were in stock and neither were.
I am still waiting on the balance of my order and it has been 8 weeks now.
Great warranty service
We had a warranty issue with the tree we purchased. Fairybell went above and beyond in fixing the issue.
Anticipate significant delays
Warranty parts were ordered early in 2025. In follow-up a several weeks later, I was advised they don't ship until October, which was not apparent. Late summer I get an email saying shipment delayed until late November. Now I get a survey link and haven't seen product yet.

it's really bad when you open the box and there are missing parts. so this was really bad
Long Leadtimes
There is a long time between placing the order and receiving the order even if the items are shown in stock. It took 6 weeks to receive the flagpole and it has been 8 weeks and we haven't received our tree yet. There were no shipment status updates from Fairybell US until I sent emails for shipment updates. The last update I received stated I should receive by end of this month which if it does arrive, would be almost 3 months since order placed a we were charged. Wish there was some notation about long leadtimes on Fairybell US website.
Delivery to wrong address& incomplete
Delivery to the wrong address.
Then when it got to the good address.
Only the cheapest part arrived.
Even that part the poles, the package was open and parts are missing.

wont refund money!
Sent wrong style plug and returned item and they won’t refund money. Phone number is disconnected. Tried disputing with credit card and they were able to get money back meanwhile I returned item I couldn’t use. Pathetic and customer service is just absent.
Zero Customer Service for Decent Product; Avoid
We were excited about the tree (different approach/would look better than straight lines), but it was malfunctioning out of the box and Customer Service was non-existent. We tried to reach them 3-4 times to help us fix it, i.e., we weren't looking for a return, but they never responded. For $529, it should work, last for years, and there should be someone at the company to help with problems. We're stuck with a malfunctioning tree that has limited use. Given the price, I'd avoid buying from Fairybell until they fix Customer Service.
It would have been nice to have more detailed step-by-step written instructions on how to put the tree up. It took a lot longer than we expected, and the YouTube video was nice, but unrealistic.
It would have been nice to have more written instructions. The YouTube video lasted less than 3 minutes. It took us hours to put up our tree, even though the flag pole was already in place.
Once up, it looked beautiful and weather the holiday weather just fine. Taking it down seemed simpler, and we’re hoping that putting it up next year goes faster.

I reached out about a product I had purchased that was defective and they immediately, courteously corrected it and sent a new one!

No company response
1, i’ve never gotten the product to work.
2, The companies never responded to emails,
3, to purchase replacement parts from the same company with no response.
4, maybe it’s the shipping company all my boxes of had damage to him.
Wrong Made Right
Initially we had a hard time getting someone to call us back when we received a faulty cord with our tree. It took almost a month. However, they made things right. They sent us a new tree and a couple of door trees for our trouble. I will order from them again. Their light trees are beautiful and easy to install!!

No communication
The product is great. I realized after I submitted the order that it was being shipped to FL where I would be spending the holidays and not to my home in TX. I reached out immediately and got a Auto reply, but I never was contacted by a human. They never replied in any way so I had to spend quite a bit of money shipping it to my home. It was my error initially but a simple reply even if they could not have corrected the address, letting me know would have been nice.
