So helpful. Replacing cupboard fronts very easy and they are excellent quality. Impressed by their packaging. So well protected in transit. Second I have used them over many years. Would highly recommend. Customer Service Assistance is excellent.

I cannot praise the staff at Faktum enough. They provided a level of customer service that is outstanding and rarely found these days. I felt I was in good hands. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of attention they gave to my order. Faktum checked everything to ensure everything was correct and they got back to me to clarify a few things and made sure my order was exactly right. For example they checked with me because I had one more cupboard door than drawer front. (It was for an oven housing) I was impressed that they paid this amount of attention to my order. My doors arrived ahead of schedule and are exactly what I wanted. The quality of the doors is great. I feel like I have a new kitchen. This was so much more convenient and less stressful than ripping out my entire kitchen. They kept me informed about every step of the process and their customer care continued right up to the doors being delivered by the courier. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do not hesitate to use this company.

What made this experience great was Mikael who works there. We had a few questions, we sent off an email and within minutes Mikael had rang us from Sweden ( we live in the UK), and was so helpful and answered all our questions. We knew the product was good already as we had an IKEA kitchen already but we wanted to replace all the fronts with the same style we had. Putting an order would have been a bit daunting if it wasn't for Mikael, months after we are still amazed and grateful of his efficiency and professionalism. We decided to renovate our kitchen. Through Faktum Ltd's website we received a range of free colour swatches. We placed our order online with our choice of design and colour, and then received a very helpful 'phone call to check the details.
When we received our new doors and drawer fronts we were so impressed with the quality and workmanship.

Having bought our Ikea kitchen 25+ years ago we were dismayed to learn they no longer did replacement doors then we discovered Faktum Ltd. We duly ordered 19 doors and 6 drawer fronts. We were contacted by Mikael who went through the order with us and we received them around 6 weeks later. We were amazed at the quality and the look of them, they have totally transformed our kitchen. Don't hesitate to use this fantastic company. Absolutely superb customer service Highly recommended!

After 23 years needed needed to replace all cupboard doors and drawer fronts in the kitchen. Faktum sent colour cards by return of post which was indicative of a subsequent standard of customer service which would be the envy of many other concerns. The replacements arrived well within the time publicised and were of excellent quality, the colour being an exact match with the sample cards and the packaging ensuring protection against the most careless courier. If I were to have one small niggle, it was that the pre-drilled holes for the drawer front locating lugs were slightly too small for the old APPLȦD grub screws and needed widening; fitting all articles thereafter was easy. Bearing in mind that Faktum provides a replacement service for old IKEA products it would be even better if they expanded into providing the fittings such as hinges, soft close equipment and drawer runners. As it stands, Faktum provide value for money and have my unreserved recommendation.

There are manufacturers who specialise in reproducing FAKTUM cabinets and fronts so that they are compatible with IKEA's FAKTUM range. Of these manufacturers, Faktumonline.com and the UK website Faktum.co.uk are not to be recommended. Of the three FAKTUM cabinet replicas that we ordered, countless parts were damaged and the laminate and pressboard were broken. This was clearly not due to transport damage, but to production faults that the manufacturer refused to acknowledge. To our great disadvantage, we had allowed the deadline for checking the consignment to pass, as the packaging was undamaged and we could not imagine damage on this scale from any reputable manufacturer (and not at this price!). We only discovered the damage during assembly and hoped for an accommodating solution with a price reduction. Unfortunately, Faktum Online or Faktum Ltd. was extremely unreasonable and the CEO of the company, who at some point took over the communication himself, insinuated that I had probably been clumsy during assembly and had damaged the parts myself. The absolute cheek. the manufacturer had previously sent us a wrong consignment and, in order to save costs and effort on its own side, wanted to pass on the responsibility for disposal or recycling to us, as the return collection by GLS would obviously not have been worthwhile.

The below is an addition to respond to Faktum Ltd. commenting on my rating below. Faktum Ltd. may serve UK customers only, but you are part of the same company, as you say so even on your website asking customers from outside the UK and from Scandinavia to navigate to different URLs. Undoubtedly you'll be using the same production line (I understand in Poland and/or the Lithuania) across the company. as the product flaws where on the production side and not on the side of a freight forwarder the comment does indeed apply to all of Faktum's legal entities and websites. You are using the same rhetorics as Hakan Ingemarson in my email correspondence. there have been very good reasons for us not inspecting the contents of the parcels and we had no other choice to assemble the cabinets instead of insisting on Faktum sending us a replacement before continuing the assembly. it would reach beyond the scope of this comment to elaborate in all detail. but it comes back to my initial experience. basically you are calling me a bloody liar who is too stupid to assemble a couple of simple kitchen cabinet parts without severely damaging them during assembly and afterwards trying to extort a compensation from you. It's that cheek you're displaying which gives me all the reason to leave this rating for everyone to read. I was fair enough to your company in mentioning that we did indeed miss the deadline for inspection.

Dealing with Faktum Ltd was a real pleasure; renewing fronts on a 20 year old Ikea kitchen, the process was flawless, from the ordering of the samples all the way to delivery of the fronts. We had a challenge with the delivery times but Faktum went the extra mile to arrange delivery that suited us; Mikael even calling me on a Sunday to see how he could help. *That's* customer service.

Fronts were well packaged, exactly to spec, and fitting to the old fronts was so incredibly quick and simple with the pre-machined hinge cuts.

I found Faktum site are no joy with Ikea warranty (not worth the paper printed on) our Lindingo Doors where bubbling after 12 years and Ikea cupboards changed so current doors will not fit on Faktum cupboards. Faktum doors are similar to Ikea pattern but not close enough to just replace problem doors so full set of doors and end panels where ordered. Faktum website was very good to use and any issue I had putting together order customer services contacted me several time to assist to ensure sizes etc where correct. Delivery was quicker than estimated by UK courier did not advise the actual day it would arrive. The delivery was on a Pallett with 2 large boxes when boxes where opened doors where packed in corrugate rapping individually. Their was no visible damage to main box or pallet, As requested we unwrapped all doors to check for physical damage but we decided to leave the green shrink wrapping on the front of doors to protect during installation, we found one draw front damaged although no visible damage to packaging or other doors in the same package reported to Faktum and they responded with an apology advising they would send a replacement. I then commenced installation over the next days the door sizes where exact to original and hinge positions etc all line up perfectly. When I was getting to the end of the installation upon removing shrink wrap we foud 2 doors and 1 draw with scratches / marks which where not visible with wrap on, I again advised Faktum of this issue and this time they said they would not replace as I hadn't advise them within 3 days also their strict quality control would not let product leave the factory with any damage. I was basically told I had caused the damage myself which I hadnt. To add insult to injury I had not option but tio buy again from Faktum as they are the only supplier including new delivery costs. Conclusion website good , assistance on ordering good quality of & fit product good so if you wish to purchase and take the risk of having to replace damaged product at not your fault go ahead and order.

I shopped around for a while when looking to replace the doors on my old Ikea Kitchen. I went with Faktum because they made the original doors and ordering was simple to get the right sizes and I knew the quality would be good.

From the moment I placed my order, I was impressed with the level of service. Mikael contacted me quickly and confirmed a few details regarding my order to ensure that I hadn't made any errors in my measuring. These guys know their business well and this gave me great confidence.

The communication throughout the process was perfect from Faktum. Their courier was less efficient and when the packages did arrive they were a bit damaged. Once I unwrapped the packages though, I realised that the quality of the packaging inside the boxes was so high, nothing was going to damage the doors. Big shout out to the team that packed the doors, because they were wrapped like works of fine art.

I fitted all the doors and they were all manufactured to a very high standard and look amazing.

It was such a relief to find Faktum! The original Faktum doors on our kitchen were starting to peal and needed replacing and I had resigned myself to having to either have doors custom made by a carpenter, or replace the whole kitchen. Faktum had everything we needed in a really good selection of finishes and they sent very helpful samples out. The ordering process was simple, the replacement doors were sent out on schedule, well packaged and made to a very high standard. I’m delighted with our new look kitchen and can’t thank Faktum enough just for existing! I would definitely highly recommend them.

I ordered the components to refurbish a single unit to check the quality of the of the components before refurbishing our whole kitchen, which is 25 years old. I wasn't disappointed, the ordering was easy and I had a phone call to check one of the details. The packaging of the individual components was first rate with the whole order was well protected. The tracking was good except when it was going through customs and the order arrived in 5 weeks. The quality of the door and panels is excellent, predrilled so easy to install. I will be ordering replacements for all of kitchen cupboards and drawers soon.

The quality of the product and the service is exemplary. I replaced the fronts and doors of my weary kitchen and it has made an incredible difference. We are delighted with our purchases from Faktum Ltd. We replaced all of the doors, sides and shelving and the quality was great and they fit perfectly. Delivery of the items was quick and the doors were very well packaged. Very good customer service also - we had measured one or two items incorrectly and these were quickly sorted at no extra cost to us. Would definitely recommend.

Delighted with our replacement doors and drawer fronts, all well made and packaged with care which is always a worry on items like this, but no issues here. Samples sent out and the colour match was identical so very pleased. With the IKEA Factum range now obsolete I was relieved to find a company still manufacturing the products which were all as the originals and all pre drilled and ready for fitting.
I would highly recommend this company and you can contact them where they will call you back to save phone costs and myself I just wanted confirmation regarding sizes which the gentleman clearly confirmed and the next stage was to place my order.
