Great doors and lovely colour. Really pleased. Advice and support from Faktum was really good as I had some tricky measurements . Couldn’t fault customer service and kindness . Very professional.

My issue was with delivery which was poor. Drivers went to wrong address then claimed I wasnt in although I was , as was the builder. Then he refused to off load stating he needed a forklift !!!? After calls to delivery company he finally agreed . Hardly spoke, no manners and left doors in middle of pavement before walking off.

We wanted to modernise our white Ikea kitchen of 15 years but were happy with the layout so only needed to change the doors and end panels. With Ikea no longer selling the Faktum kitchens we thought we would need to start from scratch as the cost of bespoke doors was too expensive. Fortunately we stumbled across Faktum UK! If you are looking for the easiest way to replace your old/peeling Ikea cupboard doors, then look no further.

The order process is easy, the sizes match the original Ikea ones and the holes for the hinges were pre-drilled and aligned the first time.

Once I had added the old handles and fitted the doors to the cupboards, my family literally couldn't tell which doors were original and which were new - the colour match was that good...once I had taken the pea-green protective film off.

I ordered the doors on the 20th of June, and Mikael called within a few hours to confirm the details. The order was dispatched on the 16th of July. so well within the timescales.

The new kitchen doors arrived quickly and fitted perfecting. We live the colour. They were packed very securely, so damage in transportation

To minimise costs we decided to replace just one kitchen door which our dogs destroyed - problem being IKEA no longer stock this old range. Luckily Faktum can provide, not only is their web site clear but they supply samples for colour match FOC. Communications all the way through were excellent and the products well made.

We needed new doors for our ikea cabinets no longer sold by them . We found Faktum Ltd on line and ordered from them . When they received our order they rang us to confirm that what we had ordered was what we needed . They arrived earlier than we expected .We were a little worried that coming from Sweden they might get damaged in transit but we need not have because they were so well package . They are perfect . We have since had a phone call from them checking that all is well . There service is second to none and we would recommend them to everyone.

I wanted replacement doors and drawer fronts for our IKEA kitchen, initially purchased over 12 years ago. The only response from IKEA was "we don't that type (Faktum) any more".
I was hopeful when I spotted Faktum UK. From a good start, where great service/communication was provided to help with order selection, things only got better. Today my order arrived, two weeks earlier than schedule, and was perfect in all respects.
I can definitely recommend this company for replacement Faktum kitchen doors and drawer fronts.
