Absolutely top class removal service. We recently moved to a new apartment and FA Removals very diligently and professionally transported all of our belongings to our new home. Everything was handled with care and attention by Mark and Noble. From the start to the end of the experience, the standard of customer service was excellent. Sabrina guided us through the booking process and was on hand to immediately answer any questions that we had throughout the process, always in an extremely helpful and friendly manner. I will 100% be using FA Removals for all future moving. Would highly recommend.

Very happy with the experience we had using FA Removals to help us move. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Sabrina and Brie were both very helpful answering all our questions, they organised the appointment for the home check very quickly (two days after the initial email) and then we were booked in a few days later. There was a slight over estimate on how much stuff we actually had and the guys on the job said the second van wasn't really needed, however we would have preferred it that way rather than having to leave things behind. Would definitely recommend FA.

Absolutely hassle free removing service. The quote received was very reasonable too. We moved from London to Scotland with 2 bedroom furnitures. The team were friendly and easy to liaise with. They completed all tasks within 2 hrs of disassembly and less than 2hrs of assembly, within the time slot agreed. All our items were brought safely to us without any single damage. The customer service through Brie who is always available to respond to queries.

From the moment I got a quote to the final days with the removal van and guys, it was excellent. The guys were on time and strong, they dismantled everything and put back everything like new and in the position of the room of your choice. They were so amazing, I want to move again so I can just go through the whole experience, sad I know but they were all amazing. I am sooooo glad I used them. From the booking to removal and offloading - it was all so seamless. This was a stressful move for me cos we were were not sure about the completion date until the very last minute. So I trully appreciate the flexibility Brie helped secure for me as it did add some confidence and peace of mind to the whole process.

This is not the first time I've used these guys so glad there still about amazing . First place I rang but did ring a couple of others to see prices . As suspected still good price and deliver what they promise. Always on end of phone for advice queries easy to talk to so friendly and polite . The men that came to do the move was efficient polite and very respectful quite sorry I'm not moving again lol .100% recommend these guys great experience especially as I have elderly mother and disabled sister I care for such smooth running I applaud them all .

We recently had a house move over 200 miles away! FA removals have been great throughout. Eddie arrived to assess the volume of the move and was very friendly, professional and reassuring. Brie helped to organise the move and showed excellent customer service; always prompt to reply to emails and always happy to answer any questions.

The lads that helped with the move on the day were friendly, calm, no-rush with their approach, despite the long day they knew they had ahead of them!

FA removals did initially suggest a large van. We opted for a smaller van. There was no pressure to continue with the larger van, we were just informed that any over spill would be our responsibility. Luckily everything did fit, but in hindsight, we probably caused ourselves a little bit of extra anxiety risking the smaller van for such a large move!

FA Removals moved the contents of our family home across country really efficiently. The guys worked so hard and nothing was too much trouble for them, giving us a stress-free move.

If you are considering this firm make sure you read their T&Cs very carefully and don't get caught out like me. They don't work beyond 5pm, it cost me a second removal fee to come back next day due to late pm completion. Also they are refusing to acknowledge damage to some of my property due to a technicality.

The owners of the company they are thief's. I was working for them. I don't have my payment. No organisation

FA Removals Limited were excellent from start to finish.
They were the only company that sent a representative to the property to conduct a site visit. The professional assessment undertaken led to a tailor made service that was completed very well.
I had access to a superb team who kept in touch with me throughout and were very understanding and flexible about move in dates. They were very accommodating. On the day of the move the removal personnel were kind, understanding and hardworking. They ensured that every matter was taken care of and settled me into my new home. The original personnel that handled my case throughout contacted me on the day of my move and a few days afterwards to ensure all was well. She was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have done it without her.
I cannot recommend the service I received from FA Removals high enough. A First Class service from start to finish.
