Terrible customer service and delivery service
I ordered before Christmas with delivery day 28/12.
The delivery company never showed up and they will deliver the meat today, after a week! I have contacted them and they told me that they are not a refrigerated company, which means that the meat should go directly to the bin!
I tried to contact farm2table via email and telephone but I received no response.
I have spend £100 to through the meat to waste and no one answers to me to help me find a solution.
I don’t recommend them at all

I regret the inconvenience you faced with your order. After my return from a brief New Year break and upon reviewing messages, it has come to light that there was a miscommunication with our courier regarding the delivery address. Initially, they attempted delivery to location number 78, which is a closed shop. Unfortunately, due to the holiday season, redelivery couldn't be attempted until January 2nd.
Upon further examination of your order, it became apparent that the provided delivery address did not specify that you reside at 78C, a flat above the shop. To ensure smoother deliveries we recommend including precise instructions and the correct address details when placing orders.
Regarding your concern about the refrigerated van, please rest assured that our meat is meticulously packed in poly boxes with ice packs to maintain freshness during transit for 48 hours.
Understanding the disappointment of having to discard the meat, we have processed a full refund for your order.

Our ultimate Christmas box was amazing. Enough for the two of us and 2 additional people who confirmed Christmas with us after the order was placed. Turkey beef and ham, pigs in blankets and stuffing balls all the best quality. Fantastic!! Thank you!!!

I never got my order of ham it cost me 37:50 iv already sent you 2 messages you ask me for my order number but I don’t know my order number as you can check my order you must have my order number as I’ve already paid you with my bank debit card ps i ordered my ham on the 13th of December

I want to clarify that our minimum order for delivery is £95, as clearly stated on our website. Unfortunately, the checkout process does not allow for orders below this minimum for delivery. In light of this, I've processed a refund for the amount of £37.50, which was paid using your bank debit card.
I regret to inform you that, due to the misunderstanding, the ham reserved for your order has been discarded as we were unable to proceed with the collection. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
