Travelling to Europe twice in succession I reviewed costs and found these chaps to be very competitively priced ~ to the point of wondering what the service would be like. No need to worry - regardless of how early it how late they're always there, the car was parked very close to the elevator and the parking paid for so leaving the park took no time. I will d finitely use Fast Park again.

I had used another Meet & Greet service for the past 4 years and their service was excellent, until they were taken over by a "colorful" competitor a few months ago. This resulted in a severe drop in the level of customer service which I experienced on more than a few occasions. I was recommended to FastPark Heathrow and I used them this week as a trial for a trip to the USA and they were superb. I am on a business trip again next week and will now only use them. Not only did I get a personal and professional service, but their prices are 35% less than the previous company. More for less, what more can I say!!

I have used a number of valet parking companies at Heathrow and Fast Park is by far the most professional and courteous providing a truly personalised experience.

I left my sunglasses case in the car and before I made it out of the lift into the Terminal I had a call asking if I wanted to take the case with me!

I was more than impressed with Fast Park Heathrow. The service was completely efficient, helpful and reliable. On my return, I had a lovely surprise to find they had even cleaned my car. I will always use Fast Park Heathrow in future.

We have parked with a valet service before, but this was the first time with Fast Park Heathrow. We were absolutely bowled over by their professionalism and flexibility. On the way to Heathrow we were stuck in traffic and slightly panicking about when to meet their guy, but they kept in touch and were so helpful.

I also decided a week or two before we parked, that I no longer needed the valet clean, and I emailed Fast Park to explain that we had just had an MOT and cleaning the car had been part of it so we'd like to cancel that element. Almost as soon as I hit send, they refunded my money for the clean with absolutely no quibble before emailing back and letting me know – this was at about 10pm!

I will definitely use Fast Park again, they were super efficient both at drop off and pick up, and were similarly in touch about where and when to meet when we arrived back in the UK. I would highly recommend them.

Cannot reccommend highly enough. Used lots of other services at Heathrow and other airports and none compare.

I have used Fast Park a lot. Very polite and professional. Slick service and well deserve a 5 star review. Highly recommend this company. I just wish they covered Gatwick but for Heathrow flights then I will always use Fast Park.

I use Fastpark for business and Leisure trips whenever I fly from Heathrow and have always received a 5 star service, I would highly recommend this company.

As mainly a business traveller time is of the essence. At Heathrow T5, it's great that instead of using the really busy airport service where there is usually a big queue of people waiting to handover /collect cars, Fastpark deal with the car within minutes..
On 20+bookings not had an issue. Very Responsive and professional and car has sometimes been washed on return from the local offsite location.

Punctual as always, even put up with a change in departure date 1 day prior to using the service and helped me out with the correct terminal.

I have used Fastpark over 20 times now, for both business and leisure and would not consider another service for Heathrow.
The service is flexible, never causing a problem being late due to traffic of flights. drop of and pick up at different terminals - not a problem. Catch the Gatwick Heathrow express back to heathrow - not a problem
The drop off and delivery are prompt, literally walking out the airport and just going
The drivers are polite, friendly and calm, in the face of a traffic jam giving you seconds to catch a flight.

The staff at Fastpark are always polite, courteous and amenable. I have used them over bigger companies as their prices are much more reasonable and they are totally flexible. They will drop off at one Terminal and collect at another. Highly recommend.

At first I was a bit nervous handing my own car (not a company car!) to strangers, but I've used Fastpark many times now and trust them totally. Reliable, punctual and a nice guys too. Recommended.
