Good due to problems in regular medical system
They are a good service as finding a family doctor has been very difficult for me, since you have to jump through a lot of hoops for a very basic need (ADHD meds). I would say that the service is best for those who are already diagnosed as I think Fastreat has a vested interest in confirming that its clients have ADHD, so if you are on the fence, I might go through a more traditional psychiatry route. There are lots of appointments available to suit your schedule, and they are very thorough in making sure the medications will not interact badly with medical conditions you might have.

Great service, could be clearer on pricing
Great service, quick and efficient. What I will say, is be upfront about the “hidden costs” display them as prominently as you do with the £299 Assessment and £99 a month membership. People should know that every time you need to speak with your psychiatrist you’ll need to pay £89; at the start of treatment and during titration, meaning you’ll need to speak with your psychiatrist a minimum of once a month if not twice until your medication is stabilised. I don’t believe sharing this information up front will deter people from using your service, but what it will allow them to make a fully informed decision about the financial commitment they’re making & it’ll help demonstrate your integrity as an organisation of choice.

I am not satisfied with the service I…
I am not satisfied with the service I received.
I had a 45 min assessment with a NP where she was not even sure if she should diagnose me with depression, anxiety or ADHD. She wrote in the notes that I was hearing "voices in my head", but failed to ask me if these were actual outside voices or just my inner voice/thoughts. She said I would need a second opinion.
I had a second appointment with another NP, who said I screened positive for bipolar disorder and was trying to figure out whether I have ADHD or not. She ended up prescribing me with Vyvanse 20mg for 3 weeks, and then up it to 30mg.
All in all, I feel like I have questions left unanswered however I will be following up with my family doctor on the matter.
I feel like the experience you receive is based on how competent the practioner is so it's like a gamble.

Mental health assessments can be highly complex, especially when symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder overlap. When a clinician requests a second opinion or takes time to carefully screen for other conditions, it is not a reflection of incompetence, but rather a strict clinical safety measure to ensure you receive the most accurate and safe treatment plan.
That being said, we completely understand how this process can feel frustrating. We also acknowledge that while telehealth is incredibly convenient, it may not always be the perfect fit for every complex clinical situation. We fully support your decision to follow up with your family doctor, as in-person continuity of care is sometimes the best path forward.
Please know that we always want our patients to feel comfortable and confident in their care team. If you ever feel a provider isn’t the right fit, our support team is always available to help you switch to a different clinician.
