All in all a very disappointing…
All in all a very disappointing experience was assessed and diagnosed paid the extra 99 pounds then another 89 pounds but my titration appointment made me feel like my concerns with the selected medication wasn't listened to when I have challenged that this may not be the right medication for me the charged an additional 89 pounds then the clinician didn't show up to the appointment,
Now I have a diagnosis and medication I'm not sure I can even take
It's basically a disappointing service and I'm starting to feel as though this maybe a scam

Dr. Natacha Cormier is wonderful and thoughtful in her approach. I am glad to see that FastTreat has prioritized hiring quality professionals. I hope they never forget that. It really makes all the difference and will ensure its longevity in the market.
Another smart thing the creators thought of is: --the App itself! It is very user friendly. Its clear they have designed it for the ADHD brain! Haha.
The check-ins are so helpful and much needed. I have needed to check in with Dr. C in taking this medication while attempting to navigate life. Its a "thing" in adjusting on how to utilize the medication. Its not that easy and more than just "taking a magic pill".
Looking forward to seeing what i am capable of moving forward. I feel more than hopeful. I feel excited about the possibilities.

I am still waiting for a follow-up assessment, 11 days after my initial assessment, and I have had no further contact from the clinician, despite already being charged £199.

Great experience
Great experience, I was diagnosed at the age of 28 by Dr Tinuola and then forwarded to the Nurse practitioner James for discussing my medication. They were both professional and thorough in the diagnosis. This is something I’ve always suffered with and it’s been a relief to finally have a diagnosis. If you think you have ADHD I would definitely recommend FasTreat.

I found Fastreat to be expensive
I found Fastreat to be expensive. The services they offer with 99 dollars a month membership is just customer service inquiries and discounted therapy sessions. You could possibly claim the discounted therapy sessions to your insurance and save money but the custom diagnostic letter that I asked for was 80$. I thought that would be included with 99$ a month. You have to pay for medications too. For me personally, the benefits don’t outweigh the overall cost.
The website is not easy to navigate for me. I wish there was an app that I could rely on. I have to constantly go to a browser and then check for details.

To help clarify, the $99 monthly membership primarily covers ongoing medication management, regular clinical check-ins, and continuous care coordination with your provider, rather than just customer support. While standard diagnostic reports are provided, highly customized letters require additional dedicated clinical time, which is why they carry a separate fee. However, we hear your frustration and will take this feedback into account as we review our pricing transparency.
We also completely agree with your feedback about navigating the website! We are thrilled to share that our mobile app is launching very soon, which will make managing your care, checking details, and communicating with your team much easier and more seamless.

When I first book my appointment
When I first book my appointment, there was no information given that i was responsible for reaching out to my physician via Zoom for our appointment, it never showed up on my profile along with the rest of the screening questions so I assumed they would either call or Zoom me personally it wasn’t until well after my appointment was missed and I rescheduled the second time that the information popped up on my profile. Unsure if it was a technical glitch or if the website needs to be more user-friendly.
For the second appointment though everything went incredibly my physician was very wonderful and thorough and kind and understanding and was able to start a treatment plan that works for me.
Unfortunately, I did get charged for the initial appointment that I missed and the second one which I believe is just a diagnosis and then an extra $99 charge for the monthly subscription

Regarding the charges, because our clinicians reserve their dedicated time specifically for your scheduled slot, missed appointments do incur a standard fee, which is why you were charged for both the initial missed visit and the successfully rescheduled one, alongside your ongoing monthly membership.
