What was in your control was that I rang you to talk about it but no answer so I left a message that hasn’t been answered. I have had numerous emails from you but no response from the message I left.

The new updated online ordering system is great. You can get your order together at any time whether FL is open or not.
Team members who assist over the phone with questions & or follow up are so knowledgeable & courteous, its amazing service always. Plus, if they say they will get back to you they certainly do, every time. No company or business I know does this, as it pains me to be continually f/up others. So, it is always a pleasure to deal with FL.
The only thing is the out of stocks or low products that cause you to pay, but not receive until a later date.
