What is FibreNest? FibreNest is a new provider of ultrafast, full-fibre broadband and voice communication services. We deliver 100%, totally unlimited full-fibre optic internet access directly into new Persimmon Group homes across mainland England, Wales and Scotland - supported with excellent standards of customer service. Why is FibreNest being installed on my development? The decision to deploy FibreNest to new Persimmon and Charles Church developments was made in specific response to a long history of customer complaints regarding existing mainstream communications providers’ performance. An unacceptable number of delays have been experienced by customers when using existing providers to deliver connectivity to new build homes, leading to dissatisfaction amongst customers when they were unable to access broadband services for long periods of time. Furthermore, once connected, some customers have then been provided with poor speeds, leading to unsatisfactory online experiences. FibreNest is being delivered to new developments to address these issues. We do this by helping ensure that Persimmon Group’s customers have more timely access to exceptional full-fibre broadband speeds and at great prices. When will my service be live? We endeavour to have your service ready for the day you move in to your new home. In the unlikely event that your service is not delivered in time you may be due a credit under our Late Installation Guarantee. Our Customer Support Team will be able to assist you.

I have now left reviews several times for this lot, in order to encourage as many people, who are lucky to have a choice NOT to take their awful service on. Have a look at the positive feedback, and you’ll find most of it is praising the customer service agents they deal with when their tinpot broadband service goes down, which it does regularly.
After the area manager got involved it worked properly for a while, but it’s back to its default AWFUL reliability. This genuinely has to be the worst the UK has to offer in terms of broadband. If Persimmon don’t make you use this garbage, please go elsewhere.
Having to use 5G to post this, as (obviously) the WiFi is down, has been most of the day…..class act guys, keep it up!
I was unable to process my application on-line, so I phoned & it got dealt with efficiently by a very helpful & clear speaking chap

I had excellent help on the telephone but we weren't able to sort the issue. However an engineer was booked for the following morning, issue sorted & I'm now up & running!
Dealt with my query quickly and efficiently and emailed me to confirm that the service had been activated.
Needed to check pricing & response was very quick. I have only had good interactions with fibrenest & they always respond in s timely manner.
I've been having SHOKING experience. The developer sais we had to sign up to Fibre Nest so It was done since first day I moved in. Till today nothing been resolved. Tech support is wasting time. They couldn't resolve the problem since first day. Won't recommend

After his checks, he recognised it was a physical issue and swapped out the ethernet cable. Mark also noticed that the casing around the optic coming into the property had come loose and replaced that as well.
Mark was very thorough in testing that ALL previous devices were working after the fix (including the ring door bell, my car charger and connectivity in my outdoor office). Mark is everything you want in a situation like this - pleasant and efficient.
My only issue is that I wish FibreNest had sent Mark sooner rather than trying to diagnose the issue remotely for 5 days.

The set up was as expected as is the service. We are in a new build so fibrenest was our only option at this stage. It is incredibly expensive and for that reason we will move over to a new provider as and when new providers arrive on the estate.

Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly and it's great to know that if anything goes wrong in the future I can rely on getting it fixed without a hassle.
