Not even worth one star
Not even worth one star. The worst service I have ever received. would stay away from these solicitors if you are selling or buying a property. they don’t reply to emails it takes days and days to them to reply to any queries which will result in you’re house move being delayed and delayed time and time again purely from them just no responding to clients or solicitors. Worst solicitors I have ever known stay away from them if you want to actually go ahead with a house move.

A straight forward and very prompt service. Dealt with our remortgage and alongside the App, had updates and kept informed at every step. All completed in under 3 weeks which compared to our last remortgage was amazing!

Worst solicitors firm Ever…
I had to give a star to write the review, otherwise no star would have been given.
I cannot plea that these solicitors are NOT used for house conveyancing. They maybe slightly cheaper but as the saying goes You get what you pay for. With Fidler and Pepper you will be doing all the work for them. You get little or no response from anyone of authority or knowledge to what is going on. Any queries on enquiries takes months to resolve because of there lack of communication as to what is actually required. They respond with a one line sentence. When you query this this keep sending the same frustrating sentence.
They withdrawal money from our lenders a month before exchange.
Our Estate agents said in twenty six years they have never come across such awful solicitors. In the future should anyone be using them they have said they will not work with them.
Our financial advisor has taken them off his list of solicitors also.
Joe Burrows is some sort of fictional character as I don't think he exists. He has never in the past eight months responded to an email or call back enquiry.
I have a whole list of complaints with this company that I will be putting towards the ombudsman, but please in the meantime do not waste your time or money with these solicitors.
