Really exceptional personalised service by a young guy who had obviously been with the firm for a while and new the company's product offering very well. Polite, fast, friendly, accommodating and reasonable prices. No reason not to shop here. I will use them again.

Excellent service
The website was super easy to use to order materials for moving house, very easy to place an order. I had a few follow up questions so I called and Gabby was so helpful with info about what was in stock and expected delivery times.
I ordered three times from them and each time the local delivery was the next working day.
Would definitely recommend.

The service from start to finish was easy
The service from start to finish was impeccable. The sales staff offered so many different items and we chose exactly what we wanted. The delivery was on time with them even phoning us to say they were only 10 minutes away and they were. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Delivery instructions not followed
Great items but the delivery notes stated not to be delivered on a Wednesday as I am in the office but it had been delivered and left in the bush outside my house

I called needing a flipchart pad for some training that we are delivering for our staff tomorrow; we run a residential care service for adults with autism and complex needs. I spoke to the very helpful Gabriella who not only found me a flip chart pad which absolutely saved my life, but they very generously did not charge me for it!! Amazingly kind.
