They have not transferred over an account to a new email address as requested, instead they have set up a new account. This means I can't access old invoices, which are needed for our accounts.
Whoever is answering the emails isn't responding well and seems like Ai.

Great service
The chair ordered was received very quickly, and of good quality. I would have given 5 stars but felt that the instruction to fit the chair arm wasn't very clear. However, overall great service.
