Very impressed with the speed of delivery and service provided by my company.
however the delivery driver was not helpful at all. I was on a call at the time of delivery, my disabled parents were outside of my house to collect the delivery on my behalf. Driver stated he "wouldn't even cut the straps off the pallet, remove items from his van or take the pallet they came on back to the warehouse" I understand being unionised, however, delivering during working hours and expecting recipients to, unload your van, carry the equipment, and dispose of your pallet is not applicable in the space of a lunch break. Driver was also visibly unhappy with the location of my house, complained about having to reverse out of my road.

The products received are good. The process was quick from ordering to being delivered.
Was not happy with the delivery as the driver decided that because the pallet was to big to fit through my front gate he left it on the path outside. Luckily my husband was able to get it in quickly before it was stolen.
