Really easy process and quick turn around

Ordering my desk was very easy off the website. Delivery was quick. When I opened the boxes there weren't any bolts or instructions to fix the desk together. I called customer service who, at first didn't believe me, and then said I had to prove it wasn't there by sending a picture of the desk via email (no idea what the point in this was). I sent the picture and was told I would receive the rest of the stuff in the post. After a few days I still hadn't received anything. At this point I have a disassembled desk in my small office space which wasn't ideal. I contacted again and said they would look into it. I got a reply to say the post has been lost so they will send another by courier. I then received a box with random bolts and bits and no instructions. Eventually I put the desk together with loads of spare parts so hopefully I have done it correctly but who knows?!
The desk looks nice though.

fantastic customer service. I asked about one option and they suggested a much cheaper option (saving me a lot of money) because they thought it would work better... and it did.

All very fast and efficient.
I called customer services to see if thet could provide me a time when to expect my delivery, however there was a problem with the tacking system and could only tell me between 9 - 5pm.
The lady I spoke to was VERY helpful, polite, engaging and upbeat - a true credit to your company!

The speed of delivery was very quick and the delivery driver was very friendly. The only thing that could have made it better was not delivering on pallets because it was left at the bottom of my stairs for me to dismantle and carry in on my own

Easy to use website, great quality desk and chair and I received delivery the next day!

Fieldskill are fabulous.
The staff are friendly and so helpful - if i forget something, they will happily add to my order.
99% of the time, orders are delivered next day, 1% being if something is special order, and even then, it'll only be a couple of days.
Can't prise them highly enough tbh!

Excellent equipment and super fast delivery.

I had a phone conversation with a very helpful employee about a large box I required and concluded that I needed to create it from two smaller ones as they didn't stock the correct size. I put in a very small order online and drove over to collect it. It was ready when I arrived. At the end of my packing, I was left with a box that I didn't need to use so they very willingly took it back and refunded the money promptly. Very helpful, polite and straightforward! I highly recommend them.
