I began to see Fill Your Books on my instagram and always liked their videos. I decided to give them and try and could not be happier ! Everything they claim to do for you is 💯 TRUE! From speaking with Joseph in the beginning to understanding how things would work and then they placed me with Mary who is AMAZING! She is great to work with and works hard to make sure she is achieving exactly what you need to grow ! Jenna is so helpful and knowledgeable they truly support you and the stylist that I needed to build now are doing amazing and the entire experience has been wonderful!!!! ✨✨✨✨HIGHLY recommend you will not regret it !!!!

I have been working with FYB for about six months. They make digital marketing so easy. From coming up with concepts, to editing to publishing the ads. I meet with my rep twice a month on zoom both for guidance and questions. It’s been a great progress and has increased new clients along with growing our IG following. Our experience with the Fill Your Books Growth Partners Program has been very positive from the start. After indicating we were interested in an initial conversation, we had a series of calls with Joseph. During these calls, Joseph described the general structure of the program and answered questions that I had. Never did I feel any pressure to make a decision. Joseph allowed me time to digest and consider whether this program was a good fit for our salon, responding to all of our questions and concerns along the way.

Once we committed to the program, we received initial communications that were very clear and thorough, indicating the steps to take, as well as the information and content we needed to provide to get things rolling. In addition, our first meeting with a coach (in our case Jenna) was scheduled.

Throughout our time working with Jenna (and Mary on a couple of occasions), and with Kory working behind the scenes, we have been guided and accompanied through the process of creating, placing and refining ads on social media to attract additional new client leads. This is not an area in which I had much expertise or experience – my strength is operating salons and developing an inviting place that feels like home to team and clients alike.

From the beginning, it was very clear that Fill Your Books does have the experience and expertise to accelerate the new client lead flow. We have averaged between two and three leads per day since our program began – a number we’re very pleased with!

Through the process, we’ve come across some bumps and concerns, and we’ve discussed them promptly. I wish I could have stayed on and kept going. I just felt I got started, but I am not as tech-savvy as I want to be. I like the video's they were good and short. Help me push out of my comfort zone. Wish the tracker had been easier, I felt I spent too much time on it, but I loved the people and their support. It was the first time I had gotten any clients from an ad. They have been very supportive.

I was super hesitant on using fill your books , I read some things on Reddit and was most definitely a little hesitant. BUT they back themselves up with a guarantee. I expanded my business and really was looking to showcase the new services and fill your books exceeded my expectations. I’m going to keep using them when my time with them is done. I have booked well over 300 appts in less than 4 months. Everyone between onboarding and my constant help I receive is absolutely amazing. I work a lot with Mary and I’m beyond grateful for her and the advice she gives. I am so so grateful I stumbled on fill your books. That have given me the opportunity to get my business out there in ways I truly wouldn’t have been able to especially how fast it was accomplished. I am not huge on paying someone else for my marketing but with some recent events in my salon, I gave this a try. I will say, it took some time to weed through the leads that were "not ideal". But once I got the hang of it, I was overwhelmed, in the best way. I couldn't even do any other ads because I couldn't keep up with the leads from the first couple. It was a great investment for my business and I would recommend it for others as well.
