This was very helpful getting new clients in our salon. We are a little hidden gem in a small down and we were able to expand our reach beyond our little town.

I have been through both programs of Fill Your Books at this point and here is my most honest review:

My original plan was for the Inner Circle program. This is their self paced, do-it-yourself set up and marketing program. I started the program when I opened my salon and had 6 chairs at the time. I was a busy new business owner and still behind the chair at the time just trying to navigate this new baby of a salon I had! The program was VERY thorough and Jenna was my coach and truly wanted me to succeed. I went to every meeting and also tried to set everything up on my own. At the time, if I’m being 100% honest, I did not have the time to continue to tweak ads and conduct organic marketing. This was JUST personal preference and I needed a bit more than what this program offered for what I needed.

Fast forward a year and I reached back out to the team and applied for their Growth Partner Academy. EVERYTHING has changed at this point and THIS program is EXACTLY what I was looking for. They have also added a team member named Mary who is an absolute asset. I run a team of 11 stylist now and I try very hard to stay organized but sometimes I fall short. Mary has streamlined the process and has made life so much easier. Not only are my ads producing but I feel so in the loop on each and every project that we work on. I truly feel like the CEO of my business and Fill Your Books is my CMO. We are able to collaborate together to create an entire marketing plan for my business and I cannot ask for more.

If you’re wondering if you should use the Fill Your Books program or not, the answer is yes. We are only 1 1/2 years in and we are doing numbers higher than businesses around us who have been open for 20 years.

Would I work with them again? Absolutely! Did it start great? No. But that was more due to who I was working with than anything else. When the numbers weren't adding up, Jenna and Kory stepped in and offered me an out or an opportunity to continue working with them and trust the process. I know they know their business, so we moved forward, and it has been excellent. I have a massage therapy practice, and since beginning this program with them, we have added over 300 new or prospective clients to our database. New clients are booking daily. We tweaked the marketing to fit exactly what we are looking for with a client, which has worked very well. I appreciate their transparency and their dedication to their clients.

We have been working with Jenna, Kory and their FYB team since July 2024. I have been in this industry for 40 years and an owner for 18. In one month alone we had 52 new clients come in and we are up over $85,000 in revenue for 2024. Just like anything worth having you need to do the work to see the results. We have stayed on after the initial 4 months just so we could learn more. This is the best marketing funnel system I have seen.

I am so happy that I decided to work with Fill Your Books. I own a massage therapy business and we have a few locations.
