Our experience with FYB has been an extremely helpful & eye-opening learning experience! We opened our business in spring of 2020, with four stylists & one apprentice. Fast forward four years later, our business has grown to ten stylist and two apprentices!

Education is a key component of our company. And as a result, we have trained & developed three apprentices, since 2020, into super talented stylists. This is where FYB comes in!

We needed to begin to build books & help our fresh new stylists, gain some traction. FYB supplied us with the tools and support to see an influx of new clients. In just our second month of working with FYB, we had seen of most profitable month yet!

FYB not only assisted us in great digital marketing, but gave us the tools to organize and review our numbers monthly, in order to assess what was working and how to keep moving forward. I found myself at a cross roads about 4 months ago and I was at my wits end. My salon was just not where I dreamed it to be and in the middle of trying to grow my associates I started loosing clientele that took years to build. I've spent thousands of dallors paying a business coach, and following other online programs but all of them left me eager to grow areas of the salon that weren't bringing in the clients fast enough. So as my structure left me w high anxiety and broke I needed a change and fast! While my Facebook was being bombarded with business help ads (as we all know our smart phones are reading our minds) Fill your Books stood out to me. Mostly it was the charisma that Jenna brought to the table but I liked the duo of a tech and stylist foundation. I reached out and they booked my interview rt away. I was very concerned about another pile of money thrown out there but I liked hearing what other stylists had to say about how it worked for them. It was hands on and the piece of mind that I was looking for. The work was easy and straight to the point and it was all about building clients...not about restructuring my salon again. It had been a long time since I had started thinking about my happiness, my books, and my work! I really needed a push in that direction. My happiness was the foundation of my brand and I was not happy at all! If you are looking for a company that is no BS and not overwhelming w things to do...this will work for you. A lot of what they teach are a refresher of what I already new. Although making connections, having conversations, and selling myself to strangers seemed different online even if it's what i do everyday in person. Since I started the program I have almost doubled my salon earnings, cut down most of my advertising funds, booked myself full 5 days a week for 2 months, gotten back my confidence, and am looking back towards my dreams for a future in the industry.
With all of this being said, this isn't a sign up tomorrow instant solve all, it takes constant attention on your social media, answering asap and chatting up potential business around the clock, sifting through them to find the golden egg, while spending money on ads, but if you already understand what it takes to keep a client and impress them with your knowledge, rebook, and then capture a beautiful photo this can continue growing your business long term.
