The main reason I continue to use FinanceIt is because of the outstanding support I receive from my representative, Duane Fancy. He was incredibly helpful during the onboarding process and remains consistently available to answer any questions I have. Even if I come across a lower interest rate through another lender, I prefer to stick with FinanceIt because of the smooth, hassle-free experience—and most importantly, the exceptional service Duane provides.

No resolution offered
The agent I spoke to was polite but offered no satisfactory resolution to the issue I was experiencing.
Her only solution was to suggest I restructure my business to accommodate their policy.
This is the second negative experience I have had with the company, and will not use them to finance anything in the future.

Quick and Easy, the only thing I would change would be the need for an email, my customer didn't have an email so we had to type noemail@ noemail.com to make the loan proceed.

Legalized Loan Sharks
Absolutely terrible....basically legalized loan sharks!! My heat pumps were financed through them with a five yr loan. Ended up being a 230 month amortization which I figured out after a year of making payments when I went to pay it off the loan was more than what I started with....Cost me $1900 in payments and and extra $400 that the loan increased over that one year period even after making bi weekly payments. What a joke!!! I made sure a manager new how sneaky and not right that this was! They truly don't GAF!! Stay far far away is my advice.
