I would be hesitant to ever take out a lone greater than 5 years. I have learned that regardless of perfect payment record after 5 years of payment on a 15 year long term. That this financial company has no problem doubling up interest rates. (9% to 18%) It’s a valuable lesson I have learned and I will never do business with this institution again! Avoid if possible!

Financeit and Provincial Smart home…
Financeit and Provincial Smart home have been scamming people. They never mentioned high interest rates to their customers for loans and the equipment that they installed in my house is over the maker price, more than triple. In addition, the heat pump is failing, and no customer service can be reached because provincial Smart Home has despaired. It has been awful experience.

Paid the loan off in full four days ago but still being charged interest everyday. Called customer service and was basically told to fu*k off. A bunch or shysters. Do NOT use this company for financial assistance. bullshit.

Financeit is assisting fraud home…
Financeit is assisting fraud home renovation companies to scam innocent customers. To sell their loan package for higher interest rate, Financeit knowingly hide the fraud companies history to customers. When I was forced to sign a loan agreement with financit, they checked my credit score, but they hide the scam company history from me. Now the scammer vanished from Canada, Financeit says that, they dont know about scammer.
Please check when you sign the loan, Financeit is very cleaver, they don't mention the name of company on their loan agreement.

It was extremely difficult to get the customer to do everything on his cell phone. There’s no way on earth. An old person could do this. Also, there was a huge hangup on waiting and left the customer in a sour mood. He almost cancelled the whole deal. I would only use Finance it again if I absolutely had to.

Never ever procure a loan from this…
The loan is structured so you keep on paying forever. Little or nothing is assigned to the principal. Monthly payment is $743 and just $55-$79 goes to the principal while $692 goes to interest payment. Beware beware!!!!
