I have 2 loans with this company. Non of which were properly sold at time of home equipment installation. I requested escalation and resolution of my concerns with Financit but no one except regular collection agent call me who have zero authority to handle a complaint. There is no information on their website how to make a regulatory complain against this business. In the meant time, the loans are impacting my credit score which use to be excellent (over 720)

I would want these loans eliminated and new policies implemented as no home ower should be having to deal with such issues.

It took 3 weeks to approve this loan. It was notified to us that the ID of the customer could not be verified. After 2 emails and 6 phone calls it was finally approved.

Had called 5 times over the course of 3 days wasn't getting any answers, until my customer called me saying that the bank called and rudley told him to get the documents, customer was about to withdraw the deal as they were spoke rudely to, please in the future update the dealer not the customer,

Customer service is quite poor. Person sounded annoyed and rude on the phone. Sent some information via email and did not get 1 reply. Interest rate is also very high, over 11%. Wound not bank with Financeit again.

Their biggest fail is that their interest rates are the highest in the market. The saving grace is that they offer the longest terms as well.
