I love the range of records available.
I love that when you put a search in - it tells you how many hints come up that represent your search criteria.
I love that I can get all of the Scottish BDM available and that they are included in my subscription price.

lots of information available
lots of information available if trying to find past family members a bit expensive for me as a pensioner to have long term account but have found it very helpful and sorted out a lot of things for me

I can't log on to the site at all…
I can't log on to the site at all today. As I'm not on Facebook nor recommended by a friend I have no other means of logging on. Also the photos on the verification keep fading out & changing. I've been enjoying the sites up until now.

Cannot view the records that are already attached to my tree
I cannot view the records that are already attached to a particular person in my family tree (eg. Census Record). If I go to the 'My Records' section, how can I find the person whose record I want to look at because I am shown a list of other people in my tree whose records I don't want to look at?
I am getting very frustrated with being unable to look at these records that I have added to my tree in the past.

We're sorry for the confusion here, the My Records section is a list of all records viewed on Findmypast it doesn't specify records which are added to the tree.
Instead, you would search for the person in your tree directly and open their full profile. From here you can head to the Facts section for a full list of any information you have linked to that person.
From here you can then click 'View Source' to be taken back to the original transcript/image.
