RedStone 30” fireplace insert

Easy ordering process and very fast shipping. Received the merchandise only 3 or 4 days after placing order. Installation instructions were very clear. Fireplace looks great after installation, especially with the 5” border kit. Very happy with the service and the performance of the unit so far.

You all have been promising

You all have been promising. A fireplace to be delivered since December. It's the middle of February and no propane insert fireplace that was prepaid for that has been promised for three different deliveries and has never showed up and now has been promised for a fourth delivery

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately this order had items that were on a manufacturers backorder due to a delay in their production of those items. We do apologize for that inconvenience and delay. We did communicate this with you each time we received a delay or update from the manufacturer. No deliveries were ever promised as they were only updates of when the items were expected to be out of production from the manufacturer. We cannot promise delivery of items that have not shipped. We did keep in close contact with you as of late to keep you most up to date with this order as it as you needed it to ship by a certain date. When we emailed the last two times in regards to the order and shipment, we never received a reply on how you wanted to proceed. We did send you an email on 2/13 letting you know that the order had shipped, and it appears it will be at your local terminal on 2/16. This will require a delivery appointment and the carrier will call you to schedule that once it is at their terminal. They will be calling the number we have on file for your order.

Please let us know if there is anything else that we can assist with.

Great experience

When we order from Fireplaces Direct we received fire place damaged and when contact staff was very nice and helpful. They took care the problem right away and i got my replacement within a week.
Highly recommended.

Beautiful Ceramic Logs!

I received my order faster than I thought I would! The picture on the website was a good replica of what I received. They have such a great selection of styles too! I think the embers were way to expensive. If I had to do it over again, I would get the embers and lava rocks at Home Depot or Lowes.
