The drivers were on time. They got the people to the venue close to on time. We had someone in a wheelchair and they accommodated them. Were patient at the end of the night to make sure we had everyone.

All drivers were extremely nice and accommodating. Our only issue was the late arrival of bus #7 on our return. He didn't seem to be concerned he was 30 minutes late. All of our other senior kids had left and the late arrival required chaperones to stay with all the students and then head back to high school. After staying up all night, the last thing you want to do is wait but everything else was smooth.

Chuck our driver was OUTSTANDING! He was super punctual, kind, good natured, patient and positive. We really appreciate his flexibility and how great he was with our students.

Our buses were on time and drivers were kind! The ride on the way there was a bit jerky and very slow moving but that might have been because of the weather.

It was my daughter's wedding and the bus driver had to pick up at two hotels, and turn the trip again. Since I was mother of the bride, I did not ride the bus but our guests said everything was great!! It was somewhat rural so I was comforted that all our guests were able to safely return to the hotel.

The driver was timely, kind and very professional. We so appreciated him! Highly recommend this service for wedding transport!

First Charter was very punctual and communicative for our wedding shuttle service. They were easy enough to work with and compared to other wedding shuttle services were quite affordable. The bus drivers were nice and called the day before the wedding to confirm final details so everything went off without a hitch.

Shuttles were great for our wedding, everyone had fun on the buses!
They did leave a little late and it delayed our ceremony about 15 minutes, but overall that did not deter anything and I believe they stayed a little later than originally scheduled then.

We scheduled a bus to take our summer campers to The Lincoln Park Zoo. Our bus was on time for pick ups and drop offs and the bus driver was GREAT!

The driver was very knowledgeable on getting to
Chicago and through the horrendous traffic. He got us to our venue on time and returned us home safely. Would definitely use you again!

Our shuttles for our wedding reception were great! They were on time for both arrival and departure and got us safely to and from the venue.

It was a great experience after my daughters wedding to safely transport guests back to the hotel. The driver was on time, courteous and professional. I would use them again!
