The busses were fine and clean and you had good driver's. The one down side is on Dec 1 the 2 busses did not arrive together or on time. No issues with the Dec 2 move. The Dec 3 move to the parade I had asked the busses to stay together so they would not get lost and the opposite happened and they got lost. The one driver drove too slow and could not keep up and the first bus was not paying attention that he was leaving the 2nd bus behind in the dust.

The services and response is great in general, in the past we never had problems. But this year was a bit frustrating. As about 2 weeks before the trip I had called to confirm that the payment was received and the trip was confirmed. I was said everything was good to go. But on the day of pick up the buses did not arrive at the pick up time. In fact, if I wouldn't have called the buses would have never showed up. My students waited more than 2 hours for the bus to show up. I was told that there was an oversight and the buses were never sent, but that luckily they happened to find two available drivers. I understand that these things happen, but that is why I called in advance to make sure we were good for this trip beucase I was keeping in mind that there would be a lot more traffic because of the long weekend. My poor students didn't only have to wait for the buses to arrive, but they also had to endure the extremely heavy traffic and hunger. Which were all things I was trying to avoid by making their pick up time earlier. I hope this doesn't happen again nor to another group, becuase it was extremely stressful for the parents, teens, my team, and myself. Other then that, the drivers were so so kind, they really took great care of my students and making sure to arrive safe.

The only other problem was that the buses were extremely hot, the A/C never kicked in and some of my students arrived feeling sick and nauseous.

Pros: Comfortable seating; adherence to safety protocols
Cons: Late arrivals (1/2 hour one way and one hour the other) with no notice; we had to contact First Charter to find out where the buses were, and it's only because we had the direct phone number and email of a specific person that we were able to make contact, because it is impossible to reach anyone via the 855 and other numbers. There needs to be a system in place to notify customers re: delays and late arrivals; the customer shouldn't have to scramble to find the information.
