First Charter was very helpful in getting my very last-minute bus reservation squared away. Our bus driver was kind and patient although we missed one major turn-off so we missed one of the stops on our route. Nisha was apologetic and had a good attitude about it. We worked together to reroute the bus and navigated to our last stop successfully before closing the loop at our drop-off point.

First charter was on time and professional throughout our wedding day. Drove safely and provided assistance to passengers as needed. The price was much better than some of the other options we had and their service was still good. I would highly recommend firstcharter for your wedding shuttle needs.

Throughout the process we had to make several changes to our reservation and Firstcharter made that process quite easy and not having to pay full cost until 5 days before the event was a huge help in ensuring we were able to continue to be flexible up until almost the day.

One bus did not show up. We had to scramble at the last second. I understand that things happen, but why no one has reached out to me to make it right is crazy to me. I guess I will be calling tomorrow to get a partial refund.

I was very happy with the service. We hired two buses for our wedding guests. A special shout out to the local Seattle team and Frank R Leonzal who worked flawlessly with us. Good trip overall. But requested a 52 seat bus and got a 48. Did cause some problems.

CCA Rented three busses for our field trip and the Bellevue campus had some issues with the drives. They think she drove unsafe on that bus ride and that the driver drove erratically. She also knocked over a student.

No students were picked up. The driver, Lorena, called and left me a voice mail at 7:02 am, the correct time, to say she was there. I am not sure where she was but the students were at the pick-up location and the driver was not at this location. I have tried to call and get someone to respond to me about what happened but no one has or will call me back.

The riders had to give step by step directions to the driver on the way there, and on the way back the directions were played over the bus loudspeaker while the whole crew was trying to sleep after a long workday.
